SUBJECT MATTER COORDINATORS, CONTACT TEACHERS, FOURTH GRADE TEAM LEADERS AND NURSE SUPERVISOR Curriculum Coordinators 2018-19 2019-20 $10,825 $11,171 Contact Teachers / Fourth Grade Team Leaders $4,207 $4,342 The stipends for the 2018-19 through 2019-20 school years shall be as follows: First Work Day in September – June 30 Two Days of Employment of Week Prior to Labor Day and First Work Day in September – June 30 Curriculum Coordinators / Nurse Supervisor 2018-19 2019-20 $12,855 $13,266 Contact Teachers/Fourth Grade Team Leaders $5,344 $5,515 The larger stipend shall be available to subject matter coordinators and contact teachers and fourth grade team leaders who agree to work the requisite two days before the school year starts in September. The additional work days do not apply to the Nurse Supervisor. B. K-3 TEAM LEADERS AND MEDIA SERVICES LEADER The stipend for K-3 team leaders and Media Services Leader shall be: 2018-19 $7,222 2019-20 $7,453 C. CHAIRPERSON FOR THE COMMITTEE ON PRESCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION (CPSE) The stipend for 2018-19 will be $6,042 and for 2019-20 will be $6,236. D. PAYROLL OPTIONS FOR COORDINATORS, CONTACT TEACHERS, K-3 TEAM LEADERS, NURSE SUPERVISOR, MEDIA SERVICES LEADER AND FOURTH GRADE TEAM LEADERS Three pay options for coordinators, contact teachers, K-3 team leaders, Nurse Supervisor, Media Services Leader and fourth grade team leaders shall be: 1. Two lump sum payments (December, May) 2. Payment over 26 pay periods 3. Payment over 21 pay periods E. SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS (CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS, PRODUCTIONS, ETC.) Co-curricular clubs may be created by the Principal as needed, with permission of the Superintendent of Schools. The salary for any new positions must be agreed upon by both parties. U.N. ACTING PRINCIPAL Any unit member who serves as Acting Principal shall be paid a stipend as listed below if a single day is served and as listed below per day when two or more consecutive days are served. Year 2018-19 2019-20 Stipend Amount $79 per day $82 per day Year 2018-19 2019-20 Stipend Amount $109 per day $113 per day The Acting Principal will receive a prorated stipend of one-half the normal stipend in those situations when the building principal is out of the building less than a full day and determines it is necessary for the Acting Principal to be responsible.

  • Compensation for Services You may be eligible to receive compensation for providing certain services in respect of Shares of the Funds if you meet the requirements of and enter into a Bank Services Agreement with American Funds Service Company.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Compensation for Losses Upon demand of any Lender (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) from time to time, the Borrower shall promptly compensate such Lender for and hold such Lender harmless from any loss, cost or expense incurred by it as a result of: (a) any continuation, conversion, payment or prepayment of any Loan other than a Base Rate Loan on a day other than the last day of the Interest Period for such Loan (whether voluntary, mandatory, automatic, by reason of acceleration, or otherwise); (b) any failure by the Borrower (for a reason other than the failure of such Lender to make a Loan) to prepay, borrow, continue or convert any Loan other than a Base Rate Loan on the date or in the amount notified by the Borrower; or (c) any assignment of a Eurodollar Rate Loan on a day other than the last day of the Interest Period therefor as a result of a request by the Borrower pursuant to Section 10.13; including any loss of anticipated profits and any loss or expense arising from the liquidation or reemployment of funds obtained by it to maintain such Loan or from fees payable to terminate the deposits from which such funds were obtained. The Borrower shall also pay any customary administrative fees charged by such Lender in connection with the foregoing. For purposes of calculating amounts payable by the Borrower to the Lenders under this Section 3.05, each Lender shall be deemed to have funded each Eurodollar Rate Loan made by it at the Eurodollar Rate for such Loan by a matching deposit or other borrowing in the London interbank eurodollar market for a comparable amount and for a comparable period, whether or not such Eurodollar Rate Loan was in fact so funded.
