Compliance Criteria. 1. Workshop facility must have ISO 9001 certificate, AEMT & EASA membership certificate. 2. Workshop should comply with IEEE, IEC, ISO, ANSI & EASA standards related to AC generators repair and overhaul, as illustrated in “Acceptance criteria” a. For the repair and rewinding of AC generators, follow IEEE-STD-1068-2015 standards. b. For testing winding insulation resistance, follow IEEE-STD-43-2000(R2006) standards. c. For repair of rotating electrical apparatus, follow, IEC 60034, EASA-STD-AR100-2020 standards. d. For winding Surge test, follow IEEE-STD-522-2004 standards e. For rotor dynamic balancing, balance on Grade 2.5 or higher, As per ISO 21940-11 standards. f. For generator winding insulation class, follow original insulation class as per NEMA & IEC-60034-1 standards. g. Copper used in rewinding should be accompanied with original quality certificate from manufacturer.

Compliance Criteria. To initially qualify for the QPC, an RR/Agent needs only to satisfy (as evidenced by District Agent and Regional Agent endorsement of USPA&IRA Form 286) the following professional standards: a. Maintain a professional office other than in the RR/Agent's home. b. Prominently display a "USPA&IRA" logo sign at or near the office and/or on a main access road to the military installation(s) serviced. c. List "USPA&IRA" in the white pages (only) of the local phone directory. d. Not later than the end of the quarter during which the RR/Agent attends Phase V School, employ and utilize a professional Administrative Assistant at least 40 hours per week. (Note: A Client Contact Specialist may be utilized up to 20 hours per week toward satisfaction of this requirement.) e. Obtain prior approval from the Regional (or Home) Office of any written sales proposal and of all sales made, and provide the original of every fully or partially completed Confidential Check List and Program Worksheet to the office providing that approval. f. Maintain adequate client files and otherwise fully cooperate with, and participate in, the USPA&IRA client service system. g. Make proper and timely delivery of all insurance policies.

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables. The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables.   • Goals Goals define availability, performance and other objectives of Service provisioning and delivery. Goals do not include remedies and failure to meet any Service Goal does not entitle Customer to a Service credit.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V. B. and V.C. below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby acknowledge that any party’s failure (or lack thereof) to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, while not in and of itself a breach of contract giving rise to contractual or other remedies, may factor into the Trust’s reasonably determined belief regarding the standard of care exercised by State Street hereunder.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.
