Composition of Negotiating Teams. The Association shall select those individuals who shall comprise the Association's negotiating team, the total not to exceed five (5). The Board shall select those individuals who shall comprise the Board's negotiating team, the total not to exceed five (5).
Composition of Negotiating Teams. 1. The BCEA shall be composed of the ASSOCIATION officers, one (1) representative from each classification, and the OEA Labor Relations Consultant. The BOARD'S team shall be composed of representatives of their choice not to exceed the number of ASSOCIATION team members.
