Comprehensive or Commercial Insurance. Concessionaire shall, as Charge to the Food Service operation, maintain during the term of the Agreement, Comprehensive or Commercial General Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance in the Combined Single Limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence, including, but not limited to, Personal Injury Liability, covering only the activities of Concessionaire under the Agreement and shall provide Client with a certificate evidencing such policies. The insurance policies shall contain covenants by the issuing company that the policies shall not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice. Client shall be named as an additional insured under Concessionaire’s policies of insurance.

With the exception of Worker’s Compensation Insurance, the SFA shall be named as an additional insured under the FSMC's policies of insurance to the extent the SFA is indemnified pursuant to this Agreement.

With the exception of Workers’ Compensation Insurance, the District shall be named as an additional insured, by separate endorsement, under the Consultant's policies of insurance to the extent the District is indemnified pursuant to this Contract. An endorsement shall also state that Consultant’s insurance policies shall be primary to any insurance or self- insurance maintained by District. An endorsement shall also state that there shall be waiver of any subrogation.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Commercial Crime Insurance This policy is required only if Contractor handles or has regular access to a JBE’s funds or property of significant value to the JBE. This policy must cover dishonest acts including loss due to theft of money, securities, and property; forgery, and alteration of documents; and fraudulent transfer of money, securities, and property. The minimum liability limit must be $500,000.00. To the extent that Contractor utilizes subcontractors, all subcontractors shall comply with and perform in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 (Insurance).

  • Industrial Insurance Coverage The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, Agency may collect from the Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The Agency may deduct the amount owed by the Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the Contractor.
