Comprehensive or Commercial Insurance. Concessionaire shall, as Charge to the Food Service operation, maintain during the term of the Agreement, Comprehensive or Commercial General Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance in the Combined Single Limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence, including, but not limited to, Personal Injury Liability, covering only the activities of Concessionaire under the Agreement and shall provide Client with a certificate evidencing such policies. The insurance policies shall contain covenants by the issuing company that the policies shall not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice. Client shall be named as an additional insured under Concessionaire’s policies of insurance.

Comprehensive or Commercial Insurance. The FSMC shall maintain during the term of this Contract, for protection of the SFA and the FSMC, Comprehensive or Commercial General Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance with a Combined Single Limit of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) for each occurrence, including, but not limited to, Personal Injury Liability, Broad Form Property Damage Liability on the FSMC-owned property, Blanket Contractual Liability, and Products Liability, covering only the operations and activities of the FSMC under the Contract and, upon request, shall provide the SFA with a certificate evidencing such policies. The insurance policies shall contain covenants by the issuing company that the policies shall not be canceled without 30 days prior written notice of cancellation to the SFA. With the exception of Workers’ Compensation Insurance, the SFA shall be named as an additional insured under the FSMC's policies of insurance to the extent the SFA is indemnified pursuant to this Contract.

The insurance policies shall contain covenants by the issuing company that the policies shall not be canceled without 30 days prior written notice of cancellation to the District. With the exception of Workers’ Compensation Insurance, the District shall be named as an additional insured, by separate endorsement, under the Consultant's policies of insurance to the extent the District is indemnified pursuant to this Contract. An endorsement shall also state that Consultant’s insurance policies shall be primary to any insurance or self- insurance maintained by District. An endorsement shall also state that there shall be waiver of any subrogation.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • Medical Insurance Upon termination of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to all COBRA continuation benefits available under the Company's group health plans to similarly situated employees. To the extent permitted under Code Section 409A, during the applicable Payout Period, the Company shall provide such COBRA continuation benefits to the Executive at the active employee rates similarly situated employees must pay for such benefits. Upon the expiration of such Payout Period, the Executive will be responsible for paying the full COBRA premiums for the remaining COBRA continuation period.
