CONCESSION RIGHTS. The College shall have the sole authority to retain or release concession rights for food or beverages. No drinks or edibles shall be sold or carried into College facilities, unless prior written permission to do so has been given by an authorized College representative.
CONCESSION RIGHTS. The COUNTY reserves the right to operate or contract concessions for events covered by this AGREEMENT. Concessions will include, but are not limited to, the dispensing or sale of food, drink, programs, souvenirs, and novelties. LICENSEE or its exhibitors may distribute merchandise with written permission of the COUNTY. The LICENSEE may contract with additional concessionaires if they are not in direct competition with the COUNTY’s concessionaire. Most private parties and catered events where the public is not purchasing concession food may choose the caterer of choice.
CONCESSION RIGHTS. City grants Lessee the exclusive privilege of operating the Golf Course concession business at the St. Xxxxxxx Golf Club, as further detailed in Section 7, and the Lessee shall have the privilege of conducting such business upon the premises herein described and as specified in Appendix A.

CONCESSION RIGHTS. The City grants to the Concessionaire on the terms and conditions hereafter specified the right and privilege to sell food and beverages within parks in the City of Lakewood, subject to approval by the City of the food and beverage or other products to be sold by the Concessionaire.
CONCESSION RIGHTS. KITSAP COUNTY PARKS currently contracts with a concessionaire who has the right to open concession stands at all public events held on the Fairgrounds. CUSTOMER may also provide concessions at their events if their event is too large for one concessionaire, or if their concessions do not duplicate the current concessionaire’s menu. CUSTOMER of Fairgrounds and Events center special events spaces also have the right to sell souvenirs, programs, and may distribute free samples of foodstuffs or non alcoholic beverages at their events with written permission of KITSAP COUNTY PARKS. CUSTOMER is required to follow all taxing laws when selling concessions or souvenirs, and all health laws when distributing food or drink. ADVERTISING: CUSTOMER agrees when advertising in all media to refer to facility as it is listed in the PERMIT. Director of the Department of Parks. And further, the Kitsap County Sheriff, at their discretion, will determine the need and number of security officers necessary for a particular event. Said security will be paid at the sole cost and expense of CUSTOMER.
CONCESSION RIGHTS. As agreed under the Concession Agreement, Honghu Municipal Bureau of Construction agreed to grant the concession rights of the PPP Project to the Project Company, which include: the investment, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of the Existing Project; the investment, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of the New Project; the provision of sewage treatment service for the Existing Project and the New Project; and obtain service fees for sewage treatment and fees for using the pipe network. The concession rights to be granted to the Project Company are sole and exclusive. The concession period of the PPP Project will last for 30 years from the Concession Agreement Effective Date (including the construction phase of the PPP Project, while the term for utilization of pipe network is 15 years). Upon the expiry of the concession period, as agreed under the Concession Agreement, the Project Company shall transfer the properly operated facilities under the PPP Project to Honghu Municipal Bureau of Construction or its designated institution or department without compensation.
CONCESSION RIGHTS. In accordance with the PPP Project Agreement, Karamay Construction Bureau agrees to grant the concession rights of the PPP Project to the Company, including operation and maintenance of the Existing Phase I, investment, optimized design, operation and maintenance of the New Phase II, provision of sewage water treatment services to the Existing Phase I and the New Phase II as well as collection of sewage water treatment fees. Such concession rights are sole and exclusive to the Company. The concession period of the PPP Project shall be 27 years from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2043, including the period of not more than two years since 1 January 2017 for the construction of the New Phase II. Upon expiry of the concession period, the Company shall, in accordance with the PPP Project Agreement, transfer the properties of the PPP Project to Karamay Construction Bureau or any institution or department designated by the government of Karamay.
CONCESSION RIGHTS. 1. The Association retains the exclusive right to operate all food and beverage concessions, and catering, in the facilities and its premises to include the right to designate specific location for placement of portable stands and retail sales areas.
2. The Tenant shall not allow or cause beverages, food, beer, wine, or liquors of any kind to be sold, given away, or used on said premises without the express written consent of the Association. Further, in the event such approval is obtained from Association, Tenant shall be responsible for securing all necessary permits, licenses, etc.
3. The Association retains the exclusive right to operate all merchandise concessions, including but not limited to novelties, souvenirs, and programs for the event, unless the Association agrees to waive said right in advance. The Association and Tenant will make a written agreement regarding sharing of merchandise revenue.
4. The Association retains the exclusive right to operate all on-site parking concessions and retain all revenues generated therefrom.
5. If an approved outside caterer is used for this event, a 15% fee of the catering invoice is to be paid to the Association on or before the settlement date noted on page 4 of this contract.
