Concessions and Catering. The Licensor reserves, and at all times shall have, the sole right to operate or have operated in its behalf all commercial enterprises, including all concessions, bars and catering operations and to sell or otherwise provide flowers, food, refreshments, beverages, cigars, cigarettes, candies and periodicals, and to grant concessions to designated airlines, auto rentals, delivery services, shoe shine, and others.

If alcohol is being served at the approved event, the College has the right to require a College Safety Officer be present. The User shall be charged for assigned College Safety Officers for the duration of the user's event. The user must comply with the Wenatchee Valley College Alcohol Permits Policy and submit the correlating applications. Failure to obtain full compliance and permissions will be considered a breach of this contract on the part of the user. Laws and Regulations The user will comply with all of the laws of the United States and the State of Washington; all municipal ordinances; and all lawful orders of police and fire department or any other municipal authority; and will obtain and pay for all necessary permits, taxes and licenses; and will not do nor suffer to be done anything on said premises during the term of this agreement in violation of any laws, ordinances, rules or orders.

Outside concessions can be presented to Licensor for its approval subject to entering into an arrangement acceptable to Licensor between the Licensor and/or the Licensor's exclusive concession contractor and the potential outside concessions provider.

Concessions and Catering. The Licensor retains the sole and exclusive right to operate or sublet all concessions and catering services in or at the Facility. No other food or beverage is to be sold or distributed in the Facility without prior written consent.
Concessions and Catering. The County, through its third party vendor, is the exclusive provider of all food and beverages to be distributed, sold or other wised dispensed at the facility. The County or its subcontractors will perform all Concessions, Catering, and Alcohol Sales at the facility. No outside food/beverage or alcohol will be allowed. This prohibition includes alcohol of any sort including any display items or silent auction gift baskets for fundraising events. County and Contractor shall mutually agree upon required levels in such categories. County reserves the right to require such services. Contractor acknowledges and understands that the facilities are considered a licensed premise as it pertains to the dispensing and selling of alcoholic beverages and in accordance to those policies and procedures set fourth by the Colorado Department of Revenue. Contractor agrees to assist in all reasonable measures to assist with the communication of the policies and procedures of the facility to its patrons, Contractors, agents and employees.

The Sands Expo and Convention Center and the adjoining hotel complex, to be named at a later date, offer a full range of food, beverage, function, and hospitality services both at the Facilities and the Hotel. Licensee agrees to designate the Hotel as an official headquarters location in all pre-show direct mail and advertising where hotel accommodations are discussed and/or listed, and to use the Licensee's best efforts to assist Licensor in its solicitation of Licensee's exhibitors and invitees for their food, beverage, function, and hospitality business.
