Condition of Space. The Student acknowledges their responsibility to keep Space and Room in a clean and orderly condition and to adhere to sanitation standards in shared spaces. University staff retain the right to conduct health and safety inspections of the Room. Charges may be assessed to Students for damage to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to, buildings, rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment, or locks, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of buildings, rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment either within Student’s Room or on the floor or in the building wherein Student’s Space is located.

Condition of Space. Student’s Space shall be kept clean and orderly. Charges may be assessed to Students for damage to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to, rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment, locks, or buildings, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment either within Student’s Space or on the floor or in the section of the facility wherein Student’s Space is located.
Condition of Space. Students are responsible for the care of space and equipment. The University performs routine, periodic and preventative maintenance and custodial services. The University may also provide periodic suite bathroom cleaning, subject to staff availability and other conditions. Charges may be made for damages to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to, space, equipment or buildings, as well as for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of space or equipment. Students are jointly responsible for the care of public areas and equipment. "Public areas" are defined as those areas available for use by all students living on a wing, a floor or within a hall. Charges for damages to public spaces and equipment may be made to all students assigned to separate wings, floors or within entire halls as deemed appropriate by Department.
Condition of Space. The Resident is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned space. Charges may be assessed to the Resident for damage to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment, locks, or buildings, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment whether within the Resident’s assigned space or on the floor or in the area of the residence hall or apartment wherein the Resident’s assigned space is located. The Resident acknowledges and understands that (a) the assigned space is located in a climate with temperatures, humidity, and other naturally occurring conditions that normally allow the growth of mildew in locations where dampness or moisture are present; and (b) upon moving into the assigned space, the Resident will have control over and knowledge concerning conditions in the interior of the assigned space. Therefore, the Resident agrees to:
Condition of Space. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that (a) there have been no representations or warranties made by or on the behalf of Landlord with respect to the Expansion Space, either with respect to the suitability of the Expansion Space for the conduct of Tenant's business or otherwise and (b) Tenant shall take the Expansion Space in their "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" condition.
Condition of Space. The care of the individually assigned rooms in the residential facilities shall be the responsibility of each student. The student acknowledges their responsibility to keep room assignment and shared spaces in a clean and orderly condition and to adhere to sanitation standards in shared spaces. University staff retain the right to conduct health and safety inspections of the room assignment. Charges may be assessed to students for damage, unauthorized use of, or alternations to rooms, furnishings, equipment, locks, or buildings and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of residential facility, room, furnishings, appliances, or equipment either within the student’s room or in the residential facility where the student’s room assignment is located. Upon initial occupancy of an assigned room, each student has the opportunity to complete a Room Condition Report (to be completed in Housing Central within 72 hours of move in) attesting to the condition of the room and its furnishings at that time.
Condition of Space. It is further agreed that Subtenant does and will accept the Premises “as is” in their present condition and Sublandlord has no obligation to perform any work therein, except to have the Premises professionally cleaned, decontaminated and decommissioned, as required before delivery of the Premises in accordance with industry practices and specifications. Sublandord shall perform all work necessary to comply with the requirements of all Environmental Laws to provide the Premises to Subtenant free of any Hazardous Substance (as each is defined in Section 34(A) of the Prime Lease) as required by Section 34 of the Prime Lease. Sublandlord shall make the laboratory improvements, the security system and infrastructure as well as the communication systems, generator, and all other equipment or personal property of Sublandlord located on the Premises as of the Commencement Date (the “Personal Property”) available to Subtenant at no cost throughout the Term. If Subtenant wishes to modify or alter any of the Sublandlord-owned Personal Property, including the Office Furniture (as hereinafter defined) until owned by Subtenant, any such modification or alteration shall not be made without the prior written consent of Sublandlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Sublandlord shall have no obligation to maintain, repair or replace the Personal Property. An itemized list of the Personal Property is attached hereto as Exhibit C. Use of the Personal Property shall at all times be subject to the terms and conditions of their respective lease agreements. Upon the Commencement Date, Sublandlord shall provide Subtenant with copies of all warranties on the Personal Property. Until the holder of any security agreement referenced in Section 26(h) below executes a non-disturbance agreement with Subtenant, Subtenant shall have the right to use all office furniture located in the Premises as of the Commencement Date (the “Office Furniture”). Upon execution of the foregoing non-disturbance agreement, Sublandlord shall transfer ownership of the Office Furniture to Subtenant, free and clear of any liens, leases or encumbrances, in its ‘as-is’ condition, for One Dollar ($1.00), in accordance with a Xxxx of Sale attached to this Sublease as Exhibit D. Condition of Space. Occupant assumes responsibility for having examined the premises and hereby accepts it AS IS, and as being in good order and condition. Occupant understands that all unit sizes are approximate and enters into this Agreement without reliance on the estimated size of the storage space.
