Condition of Space. The Student acknowledges their responsibility to keep Space and Room in a clean and orderly condition and to adhere to sanitation standards in shared spaces. University staff retain the right to conduct health and safety inspections of the Room. Charges may be assessed to Students for damage to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to, buildings, rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment, or locks, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of buildings, rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment either within Student’s Room or on the floor or in the building wherein Student’s Space is located.
Condition of Space. Student’s Space shall be kept clean and orderly. Charges may be assessed to Students for damage to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to, rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment, locks, or buildings, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment either within Student’s Space or on the floor or in the section of the facility wherein Student’s Space is located.
Condition of Space. Students are responsible for the care of space and equipment. The University performs routine, periodic and preventative maintenance and custodial services. The University may also provide periodic suite bathroom cleaning, subject to staff availability and other conditions. Charges may be made for damages to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to, space, equipment or buildings, as well as for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of space or equipment. Students are jointly responsible for the care of public areas and equipment. "Public areas" are defined as those areas available for use by all students living on a wing, a floor or within a hall. Charges for damages to public spaces and equipment may be made to all students assigned to separate wings, floors or within entire halls as deemed appropriate by Department.
Condition of Space. The Resident is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned space. Charges may be assessed to the Resident for damage to, unauthorized use of, or alterations to rooms, furnishings, appliances, equipment, locks, or buildings, and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of rooms, furnishings, appliances, or equipment whether within the Resident’s assigned space or on the floor or in the area of the residence hall or wherein the Resident’s assigned space is located. The Resident acknowledges and understands that (a) the assigned space is located in a climate with temperatures, humidity, and other naturally occurring conditions that normally allow the growth of mildew in locations where dampness or moisture are present; and (b) upon moving into the assigned space, the Resident will have control over and knowledge concerning conditions in the interior of the assigned space. Therefore, the Resident agrees to:
Condition of Space a. Students are responsible for maintaining the assigned space and furnishings in a clean and sanitary manner and free from damages.
Condition of Space. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that there have been no representations or warranties made by or on the behalf of Landlord with respect to the Expansion Space, either with respect to the suitability of the Expansion Space for the conduct of Tenant's business or otherwise. Landlord and Tenant agree that Tenant shall take the Premises "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" condition.
Condition of Space. Tenant has examined the Storage Space and the common areas of the Facility and acknowledges and agrees that based solely on his examination they are satisfactory for all purposes, including safety and security, for which Tenant will use them, and Xxxxxx accepts the Storage Space and the Facility “AS IS.”
Condition of Space. The care of the individually assigned rooms in the residential facilities shall be the responsibility of each student. The student acknowledges their responsibility to keep room assignment and shared spaces in a clean and orderly condition and to adhere to sanitation standards in shared spaces. University staff retain the right to conduct health and safety inspections of the room assignment. Charges may be assessed to students for damage, unauthorized use of, or alternations to rooms, furnishings, equipment, locks, or buildings and for special cleaning necessitated by improper care of residential facility, room, furnishings, appliances, or equipment either within the student’s room or in the residential facility where the student’s room assignment is located. Upon initial occupancy of an assigned room, each student has the opportunity to complete a Room Condition Report (to be completed in Housing Central within 72 hours of move in) attesting to the condition of the room and its furnishings at that time.
Condition of Space. Sublandlord agrees to deliver possession of the Space to Subtenant on the Commencement Date in its then current condition, i.e., "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS"; provided, however, that subject to the terms of Paragraph 3 of this Sublease, Sublandlord represents that all Substantially Completed Sublandlord Work will be in good and workmanlike condition as of the date delivered to Subtenant. Sublandlord further represents to Subtenant that, to Sublandlord's actual knowledge, the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, and the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sewer, and life safety systems serving the Space are in good working order as of the date of this Sublease. Sublandlord and Subtenant each agree that this Sublease (together with the Master Lease as incorporated hereby) constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto regarding the Space and that Sublandlord has not made and is not making any representations or warranties, nor have the parties made any understandings of any kind, pertaining to this Sublease or the Space other than as expressly set forth in this Sublease (without incorporation of the terms of the Master Lease). SUBTENANT FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, EXCEPT FOR ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY MADE BY SUBLANDLORD IN THIS SUBLEASE, SUBLANDLORD DOES HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SPACE AND/OR THE IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED OR TO BE LOCATED THEREIN. Subtenant acknowledges that it has investigated the Space and the physical condition thereof to the extent it would, in Subtenant's judgment, affect or influence Subtenant's use of the Space and Subtenant's willingness to enter into this Sublease. Except as expressly set forth in this Sublease, Subtenant hereby agrees to accept possession of the Space "as is" and "with all faults" (it being understood and agreed that Sublandlord is not and shall not be required to perform work of any kind or nature in connection with the delivery to Subtenant of possession to the Space except as provided in Paragraph 3 of this Sublease with respect to the Sublandlord Work).
Condition of Space. Landlord is providing the Second Expansion Space in its current existing condition (“As-Is Condition”) with no modifications provided by Landlord and Tenant agrees to accept the Second Expansion Space in its As-Is Condition with no modifications provided by Landlord. Landlord’s responsibilities and Tenant’s responsibilities for repairs and maintenance of the Second Expansion Space shall be in accordance with the Lease.
