CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE. 4.1 The Merchant shall provide the Bank with all the information needed for the provision of the Service (including in terms of every individual Point of Sale, if needed) on the scale and in the format set by the Bank and update it should the relevant information change or the Bank so require, including the provision of the Bank with any information on the goods or services provided at a Point of Sale. If the Merchant wishes to significantly change the make-up of the services or goods provided at a Point of Sale, the Merchant shall notify the Bank of such changes before the relevant change is made.
