Conduct and Safety Requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that all staff adhere to and are provided with a copy of the below standards of conduct and safety requirements. A documented receipt of such notification shall be maintained in the employee’s personnel file. The Department reserves the right to disqualify, prevent, or remove any staff from work under the Contract. The Department is under no obligation to inform the Contractor of the criteria for disqualification or removal.

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
