Contractor shall ensure that all staff providing services under the Contract comply with the State of Montana prevailing ethical and professional standards and statutes and the State’s rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.

The BVHPF IBHS is focused on ongoing staff recruitment to fill program vacancies as quickly as possible. The program is also working to re-start its practicum training program to bring more developing professionals into the community mental health field.

Coach has the responsibility to make recommendations as to the hiring, continued employment, job titles, compensation, and dismissal of the Team’s assistant coaches and support staff. All such recommendations will be subject to the approval of the Athletics Director and, when appropriate, KSA Board of Directors and/or Compensation Committee; all hiring decisions are subject to standard KSA pre- employment inquiries, including but not limited to NCAA and criminal background checks.
