Confirmation of Orders. The quantities, prices and shipments of the commodities stated in this Agreement shall be confirmed in each transaction, the particulars of which are to be specified in the Sales Confirmation signed by the two parties hereto.
Confirmation of Orders. An Order made by telephone will be confirmed by Custom House in writing to the Customer by facsimile transmission or email and the Customer shall on receipt of the Order, immediately notify Custom House by phone and in writing of any discrepancy, otherwise the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the confirmation as an accurate record of the telephone transaction.
Confirmation of Orders. Bxxxxx shall confirm all Orders within five business days of receipt. If Bxxxxx is unable to meet the delivery schedule set forth in a proposed Order, or finds the schedule to be unacceptable for some other reason, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the disputed matter(s).
Confirmation of Orders. 1. The quantities, prices, payment terms and delivery time of each shipment shall be confirmed by Party A in each transaction, the particular terms of which are to be specified in thewritten documents of POs, PIs or Sales Contracts signed by the two parties.
2. Party A will offer a price to Party B at least 15% lower than the average market price in each period of time. A signed PO by both parties would be the confirmation of each Party.
Confirmation of Orders. 10.1 The Grower Pricing Portal has a multi-step authentication process that may include the following steps:
10.1.1 Re-entering of password;
10.1.2 Entering of a One Time PIN (OTP) that has been sent electronically to the User.
10.2 The Grower acknowledges that by completing the multi-step authentication process, they are confirming their acceptance of the order that they are placing.
10.3 Any orders received by QCS from a username with Pricing User rights will be considered confirmed orders.
10.4 Any orders in place at 2:30pm each Business Day will be taken as confirmed, and may be placed by QCS directly into the appropriate market.
10.5 Any orders in place at 2:30pm each Business Day cannot be cancelled until the following Business Day.
10.6 The Grower accepts any and all liability for all orders that are placed under their username and password on the Grower Pricing Portal.
10.7 Any confirmed order remains in place until either:
10.7.1 The Grower places an alternative order for that farm in that Season; or
10.7.2 The Grower elects to cancel all current orders for that farm in that Season; or
10.7.3 The Grower's previously placed and confirmed order has a pricing fill applied against it (in which case the order may be completely or partially filled).
Confirmation of Orders. 2.1 An Order shall be deemed accepted by EXALOS and a respective contract (each a "Contract") formed upon confirmation in writing by EXALOS of such Order. Unless differently agreed, until such confirmation, EXALOS shall not be bound by any of its offers, displays or price lists. Any terms and conditions and legally relevant declarations of the parties are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
2.2 No modification or cancellation of an Order by Customer shall be effective before confirmation in writing of such modification or cancellation by EXALOS. Notwithstanding such confirmation, Customer will pay the costs already incurred by EXALOS and accept any price modifications due to a different size or specification of such Order.

2.2 In the event of payment by T/T in advance, the delivery date is being delayed exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the deadline specified in the respective Purchase Contract due to the cause attributed to Xxxxxx, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties, TIE is entitled to cancel such Purchase Contract and Xiamen has to reimburse the full amount of Purchase Order value and to pay TIE the bank charges arisen from TT payment to Xiamen. The such payment will be made within 30 days of Distributor’s notice letter of cancellation. Confirmation of Orders. Custom House may, but is not required to, require Customer to sign and return confirmation documents, in which case the transaction will be deemed confirmed upon receipt by Custom House of a signed confirmation. If no signed confirmation is required by Custom House, and Customer has not notified Custom House of any discrepancy in the confirmation within 24 hours of receipt, the transaction will be deemed confirmed 24 hours from the time that Custom House sends a confirmation to the Customer.
Confirmation of Orders. Any order by me for the purchase or sale of securities shall be binding on ASC only upon its issuance of electronic confirmation notice. ASC does not warrant that any order place can be or has been executed unless the confirmation notice is issued. The contents of the confirmation notices sent to my address indicated herein shall be deemed conclusive upon me as to their correctness, unless within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt thereof, written notice of any objection is served upon ASC. I am aware that only electronic confirmation notice/s and statements of account will be sent by ASC (which I can print out) and no written confirmation notice/s and statement/s of account will be sent.
