Conhecimento da Conta. Compreendo que sou exclusivamente responsável por saber os direitos e termos para todos os títulos e valores mobiliários comprados, vendidos e mantidos na Minha Conta, inclusive sobre incorporações, reorganizações, desdobramentos de ações, mudanças de nomes ou de símbolo, dividendos, símbolos de opção e trocas de opção. Também compreendo que alguns títulos e valores mobiliários podem Me conceder direitos que podem expirar a menos que tome alguma ação específica. Esses títulos e valores mobiliários incluem bonds, títulos conversíveis, warrants, direitos de acionista e títulos acionários sujeitos a ofertas ou propostas no âmbito de bolsas de valores. Sou responsável por saber todas as datas de validade, notify Me of any upcoming expiration or redemption dates, or take any action on My behalf without My specific instructions except as required by law and the rules of regulatory authorities. I acknowledge that You may adjust My Account to correct any error. If My Account has an option position on the last trading day prior to expiration, which is one cent or more in the money, You will generally exercise the option, on My behalf. However, You reserve the right at Your discretion to close any option position prior to expiration date or any position resulting from the exercising/assignment after option expiration. I will be charged a commission for any such transaction. You are not obligated to take any of these actions and You are not liable for Losses should You not take them.

The Broker requires that a security be held in the Customer Account prior to the acceptance of a sell order with respect to such security unless the order is specifically designated as a “short sale.” If a security is not held in the Customer Account and a sell order is processed, the Customer must promptly deliver such security to the Broker for receipt in good deliverable form on or before the settlement date. Any order accepted without negotiable certificates or positions in the Customer Account will be subject, at Xxxxxx’s sole discretion, to cancellation or buy-in. To ensure this will not occur, the Customer agrees to only place sell orders for securities owned by the Customer and held in the Customer Account at the time any Customer order is placed. Proceeds of a sale will not be paid to the Customer or released into the Customer Account until the Broker has received the security in good deliverable form, whether from a transfer agent or from the Customer and the settlement of the security is complete. If the security is not received on or before settlement date, or as market conditions warrant, the Broker may in its sole discretion purchase the security on the open market for the Customer Account and may liquidate and close out any and all securities in the Customer Account in order to pay for such purchase. In the event a security is bought in, the Customer will be responsible for all resulting Losses incurred by the Broker.
