Construction Management Support. Interpretation of Requests for Clarification and Requests for Information submitted by the Contractor, along with Submittals and Change Orders, will be logged and processed by the Construction Manager. Any Communication from the Contractor that requires Engineer input will be managed through EADOC construction management software (the software selected by the City for managing the construction document workflow) to enable direct communication to the Engineer SDC lead when appropriate. The City will manage and maintain the EADOC construction management software. Jacobs will utilize the EADOC software to manage the contractor’s submittals, requests for clarification and information, etc. and route them to the appropriate design staff. City will maintain the EADOC software, and use it to log and track the status of these submittals, clarification requests and responses, and coordinate responses with Engineer design staff as required. Jacobs will work with the Construction Manager to provide a timely response. For construction management use, Engineer will prepare list of anticipated submittals, quality control requirements by Contractor and quality assurance requirements by City. City will obtain a proposed shop drawing and submittal schedule from the Contractor, which shall identify all shop drawings, samples and submittals required by the contract for construction, along with the anticipated dates for submission. The City will bear primary responsibility for regular observation of construction activities. Engineer will support Construction Manager on an on-call basis, throughout the course of construction. Specific activities are anticipated to include preparation of change order documentation, technical conflict and issue resolution, coordination with third parties (franchise utilities), schedule review, and progress payment application review.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:
