Construction Safety Measures. Generator shall ensure that any Haul Unit operator bringing Haul Units to the Facility on Generator’s behalf will observe and enforce construction safety measures required by the applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Statutes or Regulations and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Canada Labour Code, the Workers’ Compensation Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act and any other applicable legislation, as amended. For greater certainty, the Site Manager will ensure that any Haul Unit operators attending the Facility and associated supervisors and other visitors will be provided with a site orientation identifying hazards in the Facility. Generator will provide to the Authority confirmation of Workers’ Compensation coverage of all Haul Unit operators attending the Facility on Generator’s behalf.

Construction Safety Measures. The contractor shall: .1 observe construction safety measures of the Alberta Building Code, applicable Workers’ Compensation Board and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements and comply with all Acts, regulations, bylaws and authorities having jurisdiction.
Construction Safety Measures. The Generator shall ensure that any driver bringing Haul Units to the Facility on the Generator’s behalf will observe and enforce construction safety measures required by the applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Statutes or Regulations and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the National Building Code 2010 (Part 8, Provincial Government), the Workers’ Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. For greater certainty, the Generator shall ensure that any driver bringing Haul Units to the Facility on the Generator’s behalf are: (a) made aware of the hazards at the Facility; (b) provided with the required safety materials, clothing and equipment; and (c) trained in relation to any safe work practices or procedures which the Authority may implement or as may be amended, from time to time. The Generator will provide to the Authority confirmation of Workers’ Compensation coverage of all drivers attending the Facility on the Generator’s behalf.

  • Safety Measures Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Construction Safety Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must provide a Certificate of Recognition or Letter of Good Standing issued by an occupational health and safety organization approved by the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.

  • Interim Measures 6.1 The Parties acknowledge that the British Columbia Claims Task Force made the following recommendation concerning interim measures:

  • Corrective Measures If the Participating Generator fails to meet or maintain the requirements set forth in this Agreement and/or the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO shall be permitted to take any of the measures, contained or referenced in the CAISO Tariff, which the CAISO deems to be necessary to correct the situation.

  • Remedial Measures Upon becoming aware of an alleged security breach, Contractor’s Contract Manager must set up a conference call with the Department’s and the Customer’s Contract Manager. The conference call invitation must contain a brief description of the nature of the event. When possible, a thirty (30)- minute notice will be given to allow Department personnel to be available for the call. If the designated time is not practical for the Customer, an alternate time for the call will be scheduled. Contractor must share all available information on the call. The Contractor must answer all questions based on the information known at that time and answer additional questions as additional information becomes known. The Contractor must provide the Department and Customer with final documentation of the incident including all actions that took place. If the Contractor becomes aware of a security breach or security incident outside of normal business hours, the Contractor must notify the Department’s and the Customer’s Contract Manager and in all events, within one business day.

  • Aviation safety (1) Each Contracting Party may request consultations at any time concerning the safety standards maintained by the other Contracting Party in areas relating to aeronautical facilities, flight crew, aircraft and the operation of aircraft. Such consultations shall take place within thirty (30) days of that request.

  • Building Safety There shall be a Labor/Management Committee concerning the safety of State Buildings. The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor. Committee members may participate in the work of the committee during working hours without loss of pay or benefits.

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.

  • Technical Safeguards 1. USAC and the Department will process the data matched and any data created by the match under the immediate supervision and control of authorized personnel to protect the confidentiality of the data, so unauthorized persons cannot retrieve any data by computer, remote terminal, or other means.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
