Construction Site Maintenance. A. Developer shall take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent its construction activities from damaging adjacent properties, including the Town’s property. If any adjacent property is damaged or destroyed by and during the construction of the Improvements, Developer shall, at its cost, promptly repair or replace the same to a condition similar or equal to that existing before such damage or injury.

Construction Site Maintenance. It is expressly understood that a property owner, builder, construction contractor or other legally constituted firm may enter into separate agreements with any qualified firm, including Grantee.
Construction Site Maintenance. The PERMITTEE shall adhere to all of the CITY ordinances relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, open burning, etc. The CITY reserves the right to withhold permits, inspections, or certificates of occupancy to correct violations relating to construction site maintenance.

In addition, City may seek recourse pursuant to Section 9 if Developer fails to address any unsightly or dangerous condition on the Property within ten (10) days’ notice from the City; the City may exercise such remedies without waiting for the expiration of the Cure Period.
Construction Site Maintenance. During construction, Developer shall use proper dust and erosion control and maintain streets and roads in such a manner that they may be reasonably traveled upon. Gypsum may order construction to cease, or abatement measures to be taken, and Developer shall comply with such order, when Gypsum determines in its sole discretion that dust related to the Project is unacceptable. The Construction Security and Warranty Security required for construction of Required Improvements shall be sufficient to‌ include costs associated with revegetation of area destroyed by such construction. Developer may secure construction areas within the Property from the general public during construction, except for necessary local traffic, representatives of Gypsum and other appropriate jurisdictions on official business and emergency service providers.

The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof.   • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.
