Staffing and Personnel. As the OEI budget demonstrates, the proposed staffing structure proposes a very lean regular staff, with a robust, carefully targeted contract staff of specialized skill sets. This keeps the long-‐term organization staffing costs low, increases organizational agility, and ensures rapid adaptation to emerging technologies or other changes in the technology landscape. Xxxxx has a strong reputation for managing contractor relationships, and as a result, has a pool of available and qualified candidates when needed to start up new efforts.
Staffing and Personnel. The Council expects the Service provider to provide all necessary staff to ensure an effective and efficient service. This provision should encompass all areas of the contract and include roles such as contract management, reporting, supervision, HR etc. The Council believes that the retention of staff dedicated solely to this Contract will be highly beneficial. The Service Provider will be expected to be conversant with the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as it relates to the enforcement operation in the Borough, and with other relevant statutes and codes of practice that apply to the enforcement operation, including but not confined to, Statutory Guidance, Operational Guidance, the Council’s own Traffic Management Orders and instructions and guidance from London Councils. The Service Provider shall employ sufficient resources and suitably qualified employees to perform all of the duties and requirements of this Contract. The Council acknowledges that the quality of the people employed by the Service Provider will be a major influence on the service provided and tact, restraint, appearance and diplomacy will be regarded as important as numeracy, literacy and proper training. The Service Provider shall take up full written references on all employees to be appointed, ensure the validity of the references and retain them for inspection by the Council’s Representative upon request. The Council places a high level of importance on the ability of the Service Provider to retain good quality employees at all levels of the operation. A high level of employee turnover will adversely affect the efficient operation of the Contract. The Council therefore expects the Service Provider to ensure that employees retained after their probationary period are not moved to other Contracts held by the Service Provider to the detriment of this Contract. Equally, the Service Provider shall not employ upon this Contract any person who has recently been employed by them on another Contract unless they receive prior permission to do so from the Council’s Representative. Personnel transferred to this Contract must also have the Disclosure and Barring Service, immigration and any other relevant checks, and evidence of these must be provided to the Council’s Representative in advance of their starting work in the Borough. Staffing and Personnel. 5.8.1 Supervisors - The Contractor shall designate in writing to the District’s Supervisor, the name of the person assigned as the Contractor’s Project Manager with full authority to administer the terms of this contract. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall have the capability to receive complaints by telephone, pager, or e-mail to facilitate timely corrective actions. An answering service or answering machine shall NOT be an acceptable means of contact for the Contractor’s Project Manager. This representative shall be available Monday through Friday 7:30 AM through 5:00 PM, and provide the District with an emergency after-hours phone number. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be the contract supervisor. One working supervisor is required during all shifts. The working supervisors shall verify the cleanliness of facilities prior to releasing Contractor personnel each day.
Staffing and Personnel. A. The parties recognize that the staffing of Key Services is critical to the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of those Services. With respect to Key Services, the Service recipient shall have the right to approve replacement personnel for those positions identified as "Key Persons" on the applicable Exhibits hereto, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. In addition, with respect to all Services, the Service provider will not make any material changes to service capability without first consulting with the Service recipient.
Staffing and Personnel. All dispatchers providing emergency dispatch services will be County employees. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Department will retain control of the employees assigned by the County to provide dispatch services, including but not limited to the standard of performance, discipline of dispatchers, and all other matters incident to the performance of such services. Shifts shall begin and end according to times consistent with those established for the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office.
Staffing and Personnel. C.5.3.1 The Contractor shall provide services in all three regions of the DC Early Intervention Program. The Contractor shall not focus on one particular region.

In addition to key staff, Contractor shall assign and promptly identify to LAWA specific senior Contractor staff members and senior sub- contractor managers (collectively “Management Staff”) to provide technical support and expertise as set forth herein. Contractor shall use its best efforts to assure the continuity of the Management Staff assigned to this Contract. Changes to either the Management Staff or the key staff assigned to this Contract shall only be made after written request by Contractor to the Chief Executive Officer and shall be subject to the Chief Executive Officer’s prior written approval. If written request for such a change is made, Contractor shall provide any documentation requested by the Chief Executive Officer for review and approval. Any such request for changes to the Management Staff may be disapproved by the Chief Executive Officer, but such disapproval shall not be exercised so as to unreasonably deprive Contractor of its right to make appropriate work assignments.

Staffing and Personnel. The Concession Company shall staff the Cruise Port Facility and perform its obligations under this Agreement with qualified personnel who meet the licensing and certification requirements of applicable Law, and at a level and in a manner consistent with Good Industry Practice and the other requirements of this Agreement. The Concession Company shall comply within staffing requirements provided in Schedule 12.
