Program Details. County agrees to fund a SLOCEA administered Summer Care Scholarship Program as follows:
60.1.1.1 For employees in Supervisory, Clerical, Public Services, and Trades, Crafts and Services Units, a fund shall be set up for the subsidy of child care costs associated with participation in a County funded child care program. The fund amount shall be $50,000 for each calendar year. Each employee will be eligible for a maximum subsidy from said fund, subject to availability of monies remaining in said fund. A check for said amount shall be issued to the Association by May 15th of each year.
60.1.1.2 All employees in the Supervisory, Clerical, Public Services, and Trades, Crafts, and Services Units with dependent care expenses are eligible to participate. The individual said subsidy amounts will be established by a SLOCEA Childcare Scholarship Committee (CCSC). The CCSC will develop eligibility criteria and guidelines for allocating the subsidy amounts. County Human Resources will approve these eligibility criteria and guidelines prior to implementation of the summer care program each year. If SLOCEA fails to properly implement the approved program guidelines, the County reserves the right to terminate funding for the program.
60.1.1.3 Employees must submit a request, and receive authorization prior to enrolling a child or children in a SLOCEA recommended and County funded summer care program.
60.1.1.4 By September 30 of each year, SLOCEA will provide County Human Resources with a report on the just completed summer care program period. This report will identify the following information for the program period: 1) total funds expended including administrative fees; 2) the total individual subsidy amounts by employee; and 3) the total number of children served. Any unused funds will be returned to the County.
60.1.1.5 Parties agree that any disagreement in 60.1.1.2 and 60.1.1.3 shall be submitted to the County Administrative Officer or his/her designee for his/her final and binding determination.
60.1.1.6 Parties agree that County will fund a Summer Care Scholarship Program for Confidential employees and that SLOCEA will administer the program. SLOCEA will use the same eligibility criteria and guidelines to administer the summer care program for Confidential employees as those used for the Supervisory, Clerical and Public Services
Program Details. The Company agrees to provide those eligible Owner Operators with current details and information covering all Owner Operators benefits and programs, in which the Owner Operators covered by this Collective Agreement are entitled to participate. This information shall be provided at the date of hire as an Owner Operator. The Company will provide each Owner Operator with the option of participating in a selected health and welfare package as detailed below. Dental, Voluntary Personal Accident Insurance and Vision Care are to be provided on a voluntary basis at 100% Owner Operator cost. The Company will deduct cost of benefits opted for from the Owner Operator invoice. • Dental plan – includes reimbursement based on the Alberta Dental Fee Guide plus an inflationary protection. • Voluntary Personal Accident Insurance • Vision Care - $350.00 every 24 months for the employee and eligible dependants, no deductible. Eye examinations are covered over and above to a maximum of $40.00 yearly.
Program Details. (a) The Parties agree that Canoe administers the Program as set out in this Agreement. Through the Program, Members have the option to purchase from the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees to supply to Members, the Goods/Services at Program Pricing.
(b) Members using the program may wish to enter into a separate Purchase Agreement or Participating Addendum negotiated directly with the Supplier that contains additional terms and conditions. The terms of that Purchase Agreement cannot be less favorable to the Member than this Agreement, nor shall they conflict with any provision of this Agreement.
(c) The Parties agree that the Supplier is an independent supplier and is not the agent or partner of Canoe. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create the relationship of joint venture, partnership, or agency between the Parties. Neither Party shall represent itself as the joint venturer, partner or agent of the other. The Supplier has no authority to bind Canoe, and will not represent itself as having that authority.
Program Details. Client understands and agrees they are electing to purchase entry into Company’s accredited approximately eleven (11) month Coaching Certification Program, currently titled Institute for Coaching Mastery, a professional coach training program to support truly ambitious and purpose-driven coaches who are ready to ‘up’ their game, to be industry leaders, serve people on a deeper level and to step into the life they’ve always imagined (“Program”).
a. Program will include “Facilitation Mastery Training,” as outlined in the Program Outline Addendum attached hereto, a six (6) month live training beginning February 10th, 2025 led by Company, followed by “Continued Training,” a four (4) month “Business Mastery Training” ending in December 17th, 2025, as well as a (4) half-days Retreat, currently slated to be held virtually in August 7-10, 2025. There is a two-week summer break between training as well as holiday breaks and implementation weeks worked in to allow Client to catch up and/or review any previous modules. Specific training times may be subject to change; if so, Company will provide Client with as much notice as possible regarding new dates and/or times - such alterations to the schedule will not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
b. Client understands Program is a completely virtual, online-only experience, and they will need an internet connection and desktop or laptop computer as well as various programs or software to adequately experience the Program in full.
c. Client will have access to Program for approximately eleven (11) months during the Program itself, beginning February 10th, 2025, plus an additional four (4) months thereafter, for a total of fifteen (15) months from the date the Program begins.
d. Client will access Program materials via an online portal, secured with Client's personal username and login password. The online portal will include real behind the scenes coaching sessions, self-reflection questions, meditations, and guided processes to deepen your learning on various levels.
e. Following the completion of Program, Client will have the opportunity to become Certified as a Mastery Method Coach; however, certification is neither guaranteed nor required.
Program Details a. This program will be high cost and it will not be eligible for the early payment discounts;
b. A database, which includes the details on the insurance contract, shall be maintained so discounts or surcharges can be determined. Criteria for discounts and surcharges shall be those stated in Section 14, of the regulations;
c. The insured shall not be required to file a Notice of Loss or Proof of Loss;
Program Details. 29.1.1 County agrees to continue the current Tuition Reimbursement Program as follows:
29.1.1.1 For employees in Supervisory, Clerical and Public Services Units, a fund shall be set up in the amount of $54,000 per fiscal year. Each employee will be eligible for a maximum reimbursement from said fund, subject to availability of monies remaining in said fund.
29.1.1.2 The individual maximum shall be $400 per fiscal year.
29.1.1.3 The reimbursement will be paid in the following manner:
29.1.1.3.1 Prior to enrolling in a course or professional association membership being reimbursed under this section, employees must secure department head approval that the course work or membership is job-related and submit to the department a proposed expenditure request.
29.1.1.3.2 After review by the Human Resources Director, employee will receive expenditure approval.
29.1.1.3.3 Upon conclusion of the course work, the employee must submit proof of a “C” grade, “Pass” or other appropriate notice of successful completion along with an expenditure claim for fees, tuition, books, or other required course materials.
29.1.1.4 This fund is not intended to preclude other training or course work which may have been contemplated by departments for such employees. Tuition reimbursement funds may be used to reimburse employees for professional association membership dues where in the opinion of the County, membership in such professional organization offers appropriate training opportunities and benefits.

f. Number of dual enrollment students to be enrolled in this course: Range = 25-33, at the discretion of the University, the course may be offered when enrollment is less than 15 students.
g. Course schedule will align with the University's academic calendar, including University Fall Break, University-observed holidays, and other University closures.
h. All non-degree students must comply with University policies including academic guidelines, requirements for attendance, class and campus behavior. All students are required remain in Good Academic Standing while at West Xxxxxxx University.
i. It is the responsibility of the student to activate their myWCU account, including email, once the student receives their WCU ID number. All communication with University staff and faculty members will be through the student’s West Xxxxxxx University email account.
