Content of Grievance Form. All grievances shall include the name and position of the Grievant; the identity of the provisions of this Agreement involved in the grievance; the time and place where the alleged events or conditions constituting the grievance took place; the identity of the party responsible for causing the said grievance, if known to the Grievant; and a general statement of the nature of the grievance and the redress sought by the Grievant.

  • Grievance Form The grievance form which must be used for filing of grievances shall be provided by the District. Such form shall be readily accessible in all school buildings or electronically available on the District’s website. (See Attachment B – Grievance Form)

The notice of Default given to Borrower pursuant to Section 26(a) and the notice of acceleration given to Borrower pursuant to Section 19 will be deemed to satisfy the notice and opportunity to take corrective action provisions of this Section 23.
