Content of Position Description Sample Clauses

Content of Position Description. When the term “such other duties as assigned” or its equivalent is used in a position description, it is mutually understood to mean “tasks that are normally related to the position and are of an incidental nature.” This does not preclude the Employer from assigning unrelated work to an employee on an irregular basis or when determined necessary.
