Continuation of Seniority. (a) An Employee shall not suffer a loss of Seniority Rights while away from work as a result of a legitimate illness, authorized Leave of Absence, or an Industrial Accident that occurred in the employment of the Employer and for which the Employee is entitled to Worker’s Compensation Benefits.
