Informing Employees. The Employer further agrees to furnish each employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of all existing work rules as soon as they are printed and discussed with the local Union. New employees shall be provided with a copy of the rules at the time of hire.

All current employees shall be fully informed of this Program and the Town of Fairfield Employee Assistance Program (EAP) prior to implementation and all employees hired after the effective date of this agreement shall be fully informed of this Program and the EAP prior to their first duty shift. The information on this Program shall include how tests are conducted, how employees are randomly selected, the reasonable suspicion standard, what the tests can determine and the consequences of testing positive for drug or alcohol use. Prior to any testing, employees shall be required to sign the consent and release attached to this collective bargaining agreement as Attachment I.
Informing Employees. The employer further agrees to furnish each employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of the existing Master Agreement thirty (30) days after it becomes effective. New employees shall be provided with a copy of the Master Agreement at the time of hire.
Informing Employees. The City further agrees to furnish each employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of all new work rules thirty (30) days after said rules become effective. New employees shall be provided with a copy of the rules at the time of hire.
Informing Employees. Employees temporarily promoted with the concurrence of the Command and the CME must be fully advised in advance, either orally or in writing, regarding the nature of the promotion and that, when the promotion expires, they will be returned to a position equivalent in pay to their permanent rating. This information will be confirmed to the employee in writing prior to the effective date of the temporary promotion. It will be the responsibility of the Ship’s management team to communicate fully the duties and responsibilities with the employee prior to submission of any request for temporary promotion.
Informing Employees. Employers will inform employees in writing, at a minimum, every three (3) months of the number of vacation hours that have been accrued. Employers who provide this information on employee paystubs will be considered to be in compliance with this requirement.

Purchaser shall confirm in writing to each of the UK Transferred Employees on Closing in a form agreed with Seller and the Netherlands Subsidiary confirming that their employment shall continue with Purchaser and that the terms and conditions of employment will remain the same (save in connection with pension benefits and any employee stock options or other equity awards granted by Seller to any UK Transferred Employees).
