Continued Performance Pending Resolution of Disputes. Notwithstanding and pending the resolution of any dispute with respect to a Change or Change Order, Seller must proceed with the Work and the performance of any Change ordered by Buyer or any Required Change, unless Buyer directs Seller not to so proceed, provided that Seller is being paid on a current basis for all undisputed Work and for all disputed Work which has been ordered to be paid through a Claim proceeding dispute resolution relating thereto in accordance with this Agreement.
Continued Performance Pending Resolution of Disputes. Notwithstanding a dispute regarding the amount of any increase or decrease in Contractor's costs with respect to a Scope Change, Contractor shall proceed with the performance of such Scope Change promptly following Owner's execution of the corresponding Scope Change Order.
Continued Performance Pending Resolution of Disputes. Notwithstanding a dispute regarding the adequacy of a Contract Price increase or schedule adjustment for a proposed Change, or whether a Modification should be a Change because it affects the Contract Price or schedule, the Contractor shall proceed with the performance of such Change or Modification.
Continued Performance Pending Resolution of Disputes. Notwithstanding and pending resolution of any Dispute with respect to a Change, Contractor shall proceed on a time and materials basis, upon receipt of Notice from Owner, with the performance of any Change Order issued by Owner. If Owner and Contractor cannot reach agreement on the schedule adjustment or estimated cost of the Change within a reasonable period (not to exceed 15 days after which Contractor is ordered to proceed under protest) either Party may submit the matter for dispute resolution pursuant to Article 17.
Continued Performance Pending Resolution of Disputes. If the Parties are in dispute on a request for a Change Order, Contractor shall, pending resolution of such dispute, nevertheless continue to perform work per the Change Order if it is a Change Order pursuant to a Required Change or Company-Proposed Change, unless Company directs Contractor not to proceed and provided that Contractor has been paid on a current basis for undisputed Work and for disputed Work which has been ordered to be paid through the dispute resolution procedures of this Contract.

Notwithstanding and pending the resolution of any dispute with respect to a Change or Change Order, Developer must proceed with the Work and the performance of any Change ordered by PacifiCorp as a result of a PacifiCorp-Initiated Change or a Required Change, unless PacifiCorp directs Developer not to so proceed, provided that Developer is being paid on a current basis for all undisputed Work and for all disputed Work which has been ordered to be paid through the dispute resolution provisions of ARTICLE 32.
Continued Performance Pending Resolution of Disputes. Notwithstanding a dispute regarding the amount of any increase or decrease of the Supplier's costs or any extension, or lack thereof, to the relevant Guaranteed Completion Date with respect to a Change Order, the Supplier shall proceed with the performance of such Change promptly following the Contracting Entity's issuance of the corresponding Change Order, pending the determination of the relevant change to the Contract Parameters.

Notwithstanding and pending resolution of any Dispute with respect to a Change, Contractor shall proceed on a Reimbursable Cost basis in accordance with Appendix I, upon Notice from PSGC, with the performance of any Change Order issued by PSGC. If PSGC and Contractor cannot reach agreement on the schedule adjustment or estimated cost of the Change within a reasonable period (not to exceed fifteen (15) Days after Contractor is ordered to proceed under protest) either Party may submit the matter for dispute resolution pursuant to Article 17.
