Contract Administration Meetings. On a regular basis, as scheduled by the Association and the District, the parties shall meet to discuss problems relating to interpretation or compliance with this Collective Bargaining Agreement and any other issues of concern to either parties. Such meetings will be held as requested by either party, but the parties shall schedule at least two (2) meetings per year in October and February. When a request is made the meeting shall be held as soon as practical, but within a reasonable amount of time.
Contract Administration Meetings. The BOT and UFF shall schedule contract administration meetings as needed and as mutually agreed upon.
Contract Administration Meetings. 1. Meetings between designated representatives of the District and the Association shall normally be held monthly for the purpose of reviewing specific problems relating to this Agreement. Such meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure. Such meetings shall constitute an “informal grievance” hearing if the issue concerns an action of a central administration office having impact on unit members and qualifies as a grievance under the terms set forth in Section A.1. of Article 6 of this Agreement. If, after seven (7) days, the issue is not resolved at one or more meetings, the Association may file a formal grievance at Level II. 2. Each party shall submit to the other, on or before the Friday prior to the meeting, an agenda of items to be discussed. 3. Release time with pay shall be provided to a maximum of three (3) Association representatives for attendance at up to eight (8) such meetings.
Contract Administration Meetings. The Consultant will be responsible for attending contract meetings on an as-needed basis, as determined by the Department Project Manager. Consultant shall be available with no more than one (1) weekday notice to attend meetings at the request of the Department. The Consultant shall be prepared to answer questions relating to any services provided under this contract.

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Health and Safety Representative Meetings A Health and Safety Representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend to on the job occupational health and safety matters affecting Employees he/she represents providing that the Representative informs their manager and agreement is reached. At all other times the Representative will perform productive work within his/her range of qualifications and competencies.

  • Association Meetings The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.

  • Telephone Meetings Members of a committee of the Board of Directors may participate in a meeting by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment if all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time. Participation in a meeting by these means shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Meetings and Hearings All meetings and hearings under this procedure shall not be conducted in public and shall include only such parties in interest and their designated or selected representatives, heretofore referred to in this Article.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.
