Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. A report prepared by the Quality Assurance Evaluator to inform the CONTRACTOR(S) of the faulty service. The CDR requires a response from the CONTRACTOR(S) explaining the problem and outlining the remedial action being taken to resolve the problem within five (5) business days after receipt of CDR.
Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. Performance of a listed service is considered acceptable when the number of discrepancies found during contract monitoring procedures does not exceed the number of discrepancies allowed by the AQL. When the performance is unacceptable, the CONTRACTOR may be required to respond to a Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR), Technical Exhibit 12.2, as follows:
12.1.3.1 Verbal notification of a contract discrepancy will be made to the Contract Manager or alternate as soon as possible whenever a contract discrepancy is identified. When possible, the problem shall be immediately resolved by the Contract Manager. The CCA will determine whether a CDR will be issued.
12.1.3.2 If a CDR is issued, it will be mailed or hand carried, at CCA's discretion, to the Contract Manager or alternate.
12.1.3.3 Upon receipt of a CDR, the CONTRACTOR is required to respond in writing to the CCA within five (5) business days acknowledging the reported discrepancies, presenting contrary evidence or providing explanation for the questioned action. A program for immediate corrective action of all failures of performance identified in the CDR shall be presented to COUNTY within ten (10) business days.
12.1.3.4 The CCA will evaluate the CONTRACTOR's explanation on the CDR and if the CCA determines that the unsatisfactory performance was caused by circumstances beyond the CONTRACTOR's control and without fault or negligence by CONTRACTOR, the CCA may decline to count such point(s) as unsatisfactory performance for the month.
Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. The report (refer to Exhibit A, Technical Exhibit 2) that is used when the performance of CONTRACTOR has failed to meet CONTRACT Standards, and/or when the number of discrepancies found during CONTRACT monitoring exceed the number of discrepancies allowed by the AQL.
Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. A report used by the Quality Assurance Evaluator to record contract information regarding discrepancies or problems with CONTRACTOR’s performance. If CONTRACTOR’s performance is determined to be unsatisfactory, the County Contract Administrator is required to forward a CDR to CONTRACTOR for its response.
Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. Performance of a required service is considered acceptable when the number of discrepancies found during Agreement monitoring procedures do not exceed the number of discrepancies allowed by the AQL. When the performance is unacceptable, CONTRACTOR shall be required to respond, within five (5) business days, to a Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) issued by COUNTY. The CDR will require CONTRACTOR to explain, in writing, the reasons for such unacceptable performance, how performance will be returned to an acceptable level, and how recurrence of the problem will be prevented. CCA will evaluate CONTRACTOR's explanation and determine if any financial penalties will be assessed. A CDR is at the end of this Attachment as Attachment II to Statement of Work Technical Exhibit 6.1.
Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. 7.1 The County will notify Contractor in writing of any contract discrepancy as soon as possible whenever a contract discrepancy is identified. The problem must be resolved within a time mutually agreed upon by the County and Contractor.
7.2 County Project Manager will determine whether a Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) (refer to Exhibit D to the Master Agreement), will be issued. Upon receipt of the CDR, Contractor is required to respond in writing to County Project Manager within five Business Days, acknowledging the reported discrepancies or presenting contrary evidence. Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR. The CDR is used to formally document unacceptable performance (contract deficiencies and defects against the AQL). The use of a CDR becomes the supporting documentation for contract payment deductions, nonpayment, or other actions deemed necessary by the KO. The CDR will become a part of the official contract file.
