Contract Management and Administration. Effective upon award of this contract, the contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, facilities, services, equipment, and materials for the overall management of this contract, all task orders issued hereunder, and the related technical activities performed by the contractor within this program. This work includes but is not limited to the following: • Preparation of task plans of action (TPA) in response to preliminary task orders issued by the Contracting Officer (CO); • Management control functions including: task order negotiations; financial accounting and schedule monitoring; subcontractor selection, negotiation and administration; and task staffing; • Progress reports and briefings.

(a) Fuel Manager shall be responsible, using Prudent Management Practices, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week during the Term, for all communications, nominations, balancing and administration under the Nicor T&B Agreement. In the event that Cinergy's performance under this Agreement results in written notice from Nicor Gas that service may or will be suspended under the Nicor T&B Agreement, Xxxxxx reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate this Agreement if Fuel Manager does not cure the conditions that caused such notice to issue in time to prevent any such suspension or termination, and, in the event of termination, the provisions of Section 10.5 shall apply.
(b) Fuel Manager will also report to Xxxxxx on a weekly and monthly basis relevant information regarding Fuel Manager's performance under this Agreement, including without limitation the information set forth in Section 3 of Exhibit A to this Agreement, in a format that can be stored --------- and analyzed electronically in a manner and format acceptable to Xxxxxx, such as in a spreadsheet.

Contract Management and Administration. The Engineer, in association with the State’s Project Manager shall be responsible for directing and coordinating all activities associated with the project to comply with State policies and procedures, and to deliver that work on time.

C. Notify the Owner as soon as practical, by phone and in writing, if performance of environmental services discloses the presence or likely presence of significant impacts (in accordance with 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1500-1508). Inform the Owner of the basis for concluding there are significant impacts and the basis for concluding that the impacts might require mitigation.
D. Notify the Owner as soon as practical, by phone and in writing, if performance of environmental services results in identification of impacts or a level of controversy that might elevate the transportation activity's status from a categorical exclusion or environmental assessment. The Owner will reassess the appropriate level of documentation.

7.2 The contract administrators identified herein are appointed by the parties for the receipt and dispatch on their behalf all communications relating to this Agreement. The contract administrators shall also be responsible for the good progress of the parties’ performance under this Agreement and the timely resolution of all technical, administrative and commercial issues which may arise from time to time during the execution of this Agreement.
7.3 Each party reserves the right to change its appointment as above upon at least seven (7) days prior written notice to the other party’s then current corresponding liaison.
7.4 As soon as reasonably possible after the Effective Date, the parties shall mutually agree and publish a press release relating to the contents of this Agreement and the relationship thereby established between the parties.

C.2.4.1 The Contractor shall ensure efficient, effective accomplishment of all tasks and shall establish a process to ensure quality control of deliverables and performance. The Contractor shall make all necessary travel arrangements for employees. The Contractor shall provide necessary infrastructure to support contract tasks. The Contractor shall have a senior Point of Contact (POC) responsive to the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or Government Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).
