The software is to be used by Contractor’s Claims staff to initiate Timelines on all incidents investigated by Contractor, and to enable Contractor’s staff to e-mail Timelines to Defense Panel member if/when the Allegation File is assigned to a Defense Panel member. Defense Panel Members currently are using CaseMap (see xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx.xxxxx.)
