Contractor's Manager. Minimum qualifications include: · Five (5) years management experience, at least three (3) years of that experience in managing a large-scale document imaging and microfilm conversion process and related service operations. ⋅ Ability to motivate staff to complete all required work in a timely and accurate manner. · Experience in developing creative solutions to logistical problems. · Experience in or knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and practices. · Experience in the development, maintenance and implementation of laboratory desktop testing procedures.

Contractor's Manager. 8. The Contractor’s will be responsible for day to day management of the Contractor’s staff at all sites, and for the provision of all necessary administrative support to them and for liaison with the PSM/Authority’s Representative.
Contractor's Manager. On or prior to the commencement of the Term, Contractor shall designate a duly qualified and experienced person to manage and administer the Contractor’s activities and shall provide notice thereof to the Employer, to act as its manager and coordinator of the contract on Contractor’s behalf (the “Contractor’s Manager”). The Contractor’s Manager shall not have authority to amend or modify the contract or accept any commitment which would have an effect on the contract. In case the manager is on leave with prior intimation to employer, the deputy manager with equivalent qualification shall be provided at site by the Contractor 13 Cooperation with other Subcontractors Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Employer or Other Subcontractors of Employer may be present at the Site and agrees, at no cost or expense to the Employer, to reasonably cooperate with such Other Subcontractors to allow the performance of its and their respective obligations to occur concurrently. Employer shall inform the Other Subcontractors of the clear demarcation of Contractor’s scope of work so as to ensure non-interference in such work and operations by Employer’s Other Subcontractors.
