Control of Content. 4.1 Subject to these Terms, Youth Futures may at its sole discretion and at any time:
(a) amend, edit or modify the Content;
(b) remove any Content; and
(c) position Content.
Control of Content. Accredited Provider is responsible for all decisions regarding the identification of educational needs, determination, selection and presentation of needs, objectives, content, faculty, educational methods, evaluation, and audience of the activity; accredited provider will ensure that all decisions are made free of the control of the Commercial Interest. The Commercial Interest will not require the Accredited Provider to accept advice or services concerning teachers, authors, or participants or other education matters, including content, as conditions of receiving this grant.
Control of Content. The BUFM shall have full control over the substantive and intellectual content of the distance learning materials and any derivative works (e.g., open access environments such as Scholar Works, Creative Commons, etc.) while employed at BGSU. As with the preparation of any other scholarly or creative works, the BUFM shall be expected to deliver accurate and current information. Please describe any deviations from this standard below:
Control of Content. SELECTION OF SPEAKERS & MODERATORS: The program sponsor is responsible for control of content and selection of speakers and moderators. Educational materials used in the activity shall not, by their content or format, advance the specific proprietary interests of a commercial interest.
Control of Content. University agrees that Performer shall have control over the performance; provided, however, taking into consideration that University is a Catholic university, Performer warrants and represents that Performer shall not engage in any obscene or offensive behavior or speech, as determined by University in its sole discretion. University retains the right to stop the performance if, in University’s sole discretion, the circumstances warrant such action.
Control of Content. KVH retains absolute and complete discretion to select the programming Content made available by KVH through the Airtime Services, including the right to update, modify, or delete the programming Content that is available through the Airtime Services or is maintained on the Terminal Equipment. KVH may use the Airtime Services to remotely update the programming Content and operating software maintained on the Terminal Equipment without notice to, or the permission of, the Subscriber. Subscriber shall not interfere in any way with the exercise by KVH of these rights.
Control of Content. To the extent applicable, WTV will comply with Polish law and WTV (and/or its Affiliates) shall have control over the programming and content of the Network Service.
Control of Content. Xxxxx agrees that Performer shall have control over the performance; provided, however, taking into consideration that Xxxxx is a Catholic university, Performer warrants and represents that Performer shall not engage in any obscene or offensive behavior or speech, as determined by Xxxxx in its sole discretion. Xxxxx retains the right to stop the performance if, in Barry’s sole discretion, the circumstances warrant such action.
Control of Content. The Operating Agency shall control content posted to its GIN, other than the postings of Network members and basic text explaining the GIN Global Service. Specifically, the Government can:
a) Add a banner graphic that appears on all GIN pages (for example, a banner of the government or regional entity)5;
b) Add/edit the Welcome Page for each Network, including graphics and welcome text;
c) Add text for About this Network Page and Contact Us Page6;
d) Create Links to other eGovernment services to enable efficient interfaces for users;
Control of Content. The Operating Agency shall control content posted to its GIN, other than the postings of Network members and basic text explaining the GIN Global Service. Specifically, the Government can:
a) Add a banner graphic that appears on all GIN pages (for example, a banner of the government or regional entity)5;
b) Add/edit the Welcome Page for each Network, including graphics and welcome text;
c) Add text for About this Network Page and Contact Us Page6;
d) Create Links to other eGovernment services to enable efficient interfaces for users;
e) Create Information Resource Categories for each Network that link members to related in-country and international services; and populate each category with information resources (including text, documents & links to other websites, intranets, and databases as desired); and
f) Include Useful Links, such as those of various government agencies, under the Links page, as well as have access to links from the Global Clearinghouse Info Portal in the Global Clearinghouse page (The Global Information Clearinghouse Portal is an open web site with over 42,000 content items on 160 developing countries arranged by geography and topic to assist investors in making investment decisions and completing transactions.
