Cooperation Mode Sample Clauses

Cooperation Mode. 1. Both parties are an equal interests community for the win-win cooperation mode of “Base + Enterprise + Market”, i.e., Party B is responsible for production and Party A is responsible for processing, sales and market development; 2. Party A is responsible for market development, propaganda, marketing and Party B, as the production base of Party A, is responsible for providing safe and qualified products; 3. Each party acts as the platform for the other party and any party operates and manages affairs independently within its own respective range and is not responsible for the other; 4. For projects jointly applied by both parties , each party arranges its own project fund pursuant to its responsibility. The achievements are to be shared by both parties.

Cooperation Mode. 3.1 According to the capabilities and advantages of both companies, combined with the “Internet + Logistics” mode of Luge Internet Logistics Platform, both parties shall cooperate through the combination of online and offline to jointly create a controllable transport capacity ecosystem for both parties and realize a low-cost and efficient benign transport mode. 3.2 Party A shall give full play to the convenience of Party A’s offline communication with the participating parties, to be familiar with the site conditions of loading and unloading, to understand the status and specifications of the goods and other advantages, to be responsible for the collection and physical audit of offline drivers, vehicles and certificates, and the organization, coordination and review of the site of loading and unloading, etc. 3.3 Party B shall give full play to its advantages of information technology, standardized operation process and integrity of the vehicle platform, and coordinate with Party B to take charge of vehicle integration and scheduling management, in-transit transportation management, circulation and review of business documents, transportation anomaly and risk management, etc.

Cooperation Mode. 1) Party A shall provide the subject matter of warehousing. 2) Party B shall solicit art collections, make public announcements of verification and custodianship, and provide verification and custodianship of artworks and artwork warehousing management, among others.

(2) Due to Party B’s project experience and market reputation in this industry, and because the cooperation mode and the services provided are special, they are not subject to the regulation by the bidding law and government procurement law. Therefore, Party A confirms that the management and operation services provided by Party B do not require any bidding procedures.

Cooperation Mode. The deposit of each digital information kiosk is RMB40,000.00Yuan, and then the deposits of 300 sets kiosks shall be RMB12,000,000.00Yuan( In words: Twelve Million Yuan only). Party A and Party B shall bear 50% of the deposits respectively. Party A shall pay for the rental of kiosks to Party B to assure the normal operation of the downloading machines in the kiosks Northwest Region of P.R. China (Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region) Cooperation Period: 5 Years (Commencing from August 16th, 2006 to August 15th, 2011)

Cooperation Mode. Party B shall sell the navel oranges produced at the Base under this Contract without any change of the ownership of the cooperation project during the cooperation period. Party A shall purchase part or all the navel oranges yielded by the cooperation project by placing orders. Meanwhile, Party A shall cooperate with Party B in establishing the cooperation project by means of establishing and promoting the brand, providing technical guidance, carrying out marketing promotion and undertaking the responsibility of partial sales volume of the products under Contract. Party B shall conduct external propaganda in the name of Party A’s vegetables and fruits Base and provide stable supply of products to Party A.

Cooperation Mode. 2.2.1 Cooperation mode 1: Party B is responsible for product promotion, CP content provision, channels and operation. Party A is responsible for technical support. Party A can independently operate a channel among the top three channels of the cooperation products. Party A is responsible for the contents of such channel and its channel and the proceeds from independent operation of such channel are owned by Party A. 2.2.2 Cooperation mode 2: Party B is responsible for product promotion, channel and operation. Party A is responsible for CP content provision and technical support. Party A can independently operate a channel among the top three channels of the cooperation products. Party A is responsible for such channel and the contents of such channel and the proceeds from independent operation of such channel are owned by Party A. 2.2.3 Cooperation mode 3: Party B is responsible for CP content provision and channel and Party A is responsible for product promotion, operation and technical support.
