Cooperative management. Parties will cooperatively seek additional partnerships, and where appropriate, funds and authorities to achieve shared Tribal and USFWS marten management goals. They will also work to identify additional resources, agencies, and authorities that can facilitate the goals of the Parties, as outlined in the 2006 DOI and Yurok Tribe Agreement “Cooperative Management of Tribal and Federal Lands in the Klamath River Basin of California.”

Cooperative management. Within referenced Trail segments, the Forest Service will be the Agency Partner as that term is used in the Comprehensive Plan for the Appalachian Trail. This Agreement does not alter existing cooperative management arrange- ments the Forest Service has with the Appalachian Trail Conference and its constituent trail clubs. In recognition of the important role of volunteers in the establishment and management of the Appalachian Trail, the Forest Service may enter into new or amended agreements with the Appalachian Trail Con- xxxxxxx or other organizations to further define and delegate trail management functions on trail lands it administers in accordance with section 7(h) of the National Trails System Act, as amended (16 U.S.C. §1246(h)). The Forest Service and the National Park Service agree to consult prior to entering into any such agreement under said section 7(h) in order to promote a consistent national policy toward trail management.
Cooperative management. 2.1 For the purpose of this article, the Cooperative Management Team (CMT) shall consist of the NCWRC, NCDENR, USFWS, NMFS and the Licensee, with the RPLG as an ex officio member. The NCWRC, NCDENR, USFWS, and NMFS are collectively referred to as the Agencies for the purposes of this article. The CMT is established as a forum for enhanced coordination and cooperation among the Agencies, the Licensee and the RPLG. 2.2 The CMT shall, within the first year after acceptance of the license, develop a plan including sound assessment methods, to determine the flow regime into the bypass reach to optimize anadromous fish spawning while recognizing the economic impact of lost generation. This plan shall include success criteria to determine if and when changes in the flow regime are to occur.
Cooperative management. For the purpose of this article, the Cooperative Management Team (CMT) shall consist of the NCWRC, NCDENR, USFWS, NMFS, TNC and the Licensee, with the RPLG as an ex officio member.
Cooperative management. 9.1 The Parties agree to implement the Management Plan and other planning strategies in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Act and the Management Plan. 9.2 The Parties agree to collaborate on strategic master planning for the Park as part of the review of the Management Plan. 9.3 Following the release of agency annual budgets, the Park Management Agencies will share annual work plans with the Trust where relevant to Wellington Park. 9.4 Following adoption of the annual budget by the Trust, the Trust’s annual work plan will be shared with the other Parties. 9.5 In place of permits for individual activities, the Trust will issue Standing Permits to Park Management Agencies for recurrent maintenance activities that would otherwise be prohibited under the regulations. 9.6 The Parties will freely share information relating to planning and management in the Park and will work together on planning of activities and works in the Park. 9.7 The Trust and the agencies represented on the Trust will provide support where appropriate through strategic, policy, planning and technical support and provision of technical advice. 9.8 The Trust will endeavour to convene effective, efficient and timely committee and working group meetings in acknowledgment of the value of each participant’s time. 9.9 The Trust undertakes to process Level 1 PAAs within 10 business days and Level 2 PAAs within 30 business days of receipt assuming additional information, or assessment by another agency, is not required. Level 3 PAAs are only required for major projects and it is likely that the Trust will need to refer these to various experts for assessment. Timeframes for these will be advised when they are received.
Cooperative management. 1. Party A provides free equipment related to “Xxxxxx - Xxx Bei Ka Fei” and “Capsule” (see Attachment 1 “Xxxxxx - Xxx Bei Ka Fei” Equipment Distribution List). Party B shall enjoy “Xxxxxx - Xxx Bei Ka Fei” with regards to the right to use the equipment for 1 year, and the “Xxxxxx - Xxx Bei Ka Fei” Equipment Distribution List has been arranged and distributed to party B after party B and party A sign the cooperation agreement of “Xxxxxx - Xxx Bei Ka Fei”, the agreement number is ______________. 2. Party B shall purchase the goods in accordance with the purchase channel designated by Party A. If the total purchase price of the product is above 5,000 yuan, the freight costs shall be borne by Party A. If the purchase price of each product is less than 5,000 yuan, Party B shall bear freight costs.

  • Executive Management The PH-MCO must include in its Executive Management structure: • A full-time Administrator with authority over the entire operation of the PH-MCO. • A full-time HealthChoices Program Manager to oversee the operation of the Agreement, if different than the Administrator. • A full-time Medical Director who is a current Pennsylvania-licensed physician. The Medical Director must be actively involved in all major clinical program components of the PH-MCO and directly participates in the oversight of the SNU, QM Department and UM Department. The Medical Director and his/her staff/consultant physicians must devote sufficient time to the PH-MCO to provide timely medical decisions, including after-hours consultation, as needed. • A full-time Pharmacy Director who is a current Pennsylvania-licensed pharmacist. The Pharmacy Director oversees the outpatient drug management and serves on the PH-MCO P&T Committee. • A Dental Director who is a current Pennsylvania-licensed Doctor of Dental Medicine or Doctor of Dental Surgery. The Dental Director may be a consultant or employee but must be available at a minimum of 30 hours per week. The Dental Director must be actively involved in all program components related to dental services including, but not limited to, dental provider recruitment strategy, assessment of dental network adequacy, providing oversight and strategic direction in the quality of dental services provided, actively engaged in the development and implementation of quality initiatives, and monitor the performance of the dental benefit manger if dental benefits are subcontracted. A full-time Director of Quality Management who is a Pennsylvania- licensed RN, physician or physician's assistant or is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality by the National Association for Healthcare Quality Certified in Healthcare Quality and Management by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Providers. The Director of Quality Management must be located in Pennsylvania and have experience in quality management and quality improvement. Sufficient local staffing under this position must be in place to meet QM Requirements. The primary functions of the Director of Quality Management position are: • Evaluate individual and systemic quality of care • Integrate quality throughout the organization • Implement process improvement • Resolve, track, and trend quality of care complaints • Develop and maintain a credentialed Provider network • A full-time CFO to oversee the budget and accounting systems implemented by the PH-MCO. The CFO must ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all financial reports. The CFO shall devote sufficient time and resources to responsibilities under this Agreement. • A full-time Information Systems Coordinator, who is responsible for the oversight of all information systems issues with the Department. The Information Systems Coordinator must have a good working knowledge of the PH-MCO's entire program and operation, as well as the technical expertise to answer questions related to the operation of the information system. • These full time positions must be solely dedicated to the PA HealthChoices Program.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
