Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. The awarded vendor may agree to offer the prices, terms and conditions offered in this price agreement to other governmental agencies that are members of the Southwest Ohio Purchasing for Government (SWOP4G) and Central Ohio Organization for Public Purchasing (COOPP), who wish to participate in a cooperative purchasing program with Xxxxxxxxxx County.
a. These agencies will be responsible for entering into separate agreements with the vendor and all the receiving, inspections, payments, and other contract administration duties there under. If indicated as an agreement all information concerning this bid, including price sheets and award information will be mailed to all interested members of the SWOP4G and COOPP. The list of SWOP4G members can be found at xxx.xxxx0x.xxx. The list of COOPP members can be found at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.

Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor is able to and shall service all Eligible Purchasers, as specified herein, in the States of Washington & Oregon.
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. As part of the National trend involving Joint or Cooperative Purchasing Programs, all bidders are to indicate below that a contract award as a result of this bid is open to all Government entities within the four County areas that includes Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Effingham and Liberty Counties. The Counties are in NO WAY OBLIGATED to make purchases of services from the resulting contract and would have to supply their own needs to the Contractor.
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. This contract may be expanded to include other governmental agencies provided a cooperative Purchasing Agreement exists or an Inter-Local Agreement for joint purchasing exists between the City and other public agencies. Consultants may agree to allow other public agencies to contract with them for the same items at the same terms and conditions as this bid, during the period of time that this bid is in effect. Each political entity will be responsible for execution of its own requirements with the Consultant. Discrepancies- If, in the course of performing work resulting from an award under this specification, the Consultant finds any discrepancy between the area defined in these specifications and the actual area where work is being performed, the Consultant shall discontinue work on the subject area and inform the Project Manager of the discrepancy. The Consultant shall thereafter proceed as authorized by the Project Manager who will document any modification to these specifications that he authorized in writing as soon as possible.
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. Other public or private bodies, specifically any campus(es) or institution(s) of education, or any Institution related foundation and affiliated corporation(s), may wish to also participate under the same terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Cooperative purchasing participation is strictly voluntary. If the Agreement does not specifically list additional entities, each entity wishing to participate (“Participating Entity”) must have prior authorization from the Company. If authorized by the Company, the resultant contract will be extended to the Participating Entity to purchase goods and services in accordance with Agreement terms, and its obligations will be between the Participating Entity and the Company, with the Institution incurring no obligation as a result thereof. The Institution will not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred by any other Participating Entity as a result of any authorization by the Company to extend the contract. It is understood and agreed that the Institution is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Participating Entity. As a separate contractual relationship, the Participating Entity will place its own orders directly with the Company and will fully and independently administer its use of the contract to include contractual disputes, invoicing, and payments without direct administration from the Institution. The Institution will not be held responsible for any orders placed, deliveries made, or payment for services ordered by the Participating Entity. Pursuant to the provisions above, a completed Order Form will be sufficient to incorporate services for Participating Entities under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. No modification of this Agreement or execution of a separate agreement is required to participate; however, the Participating Entity and the Company may elect to modify the terms and conditions of the Agreement to accommodate specific governing laws, regulations, policies, and business goals required by the Participating Entity. Any such modification will apply solely between the Participating Entity and the Company. Pricing for products and services to be contracted will be negotiated directly between the Company and the Participating Entity, independent of the Institution-specific pricing outlined in this Agreement.
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. The parties intend that this Agreement may be used by other public contracting agencies. Any such cooperative procurement shall be between the purchasing public contracting agency and Xxxxxx, and those parties shall be solely responsible for ensuring that such procurement is in compliance with applicable State law. Organization makes no representations or warranties as to the ability of another public contracting agency and Xxxxxx to use this Agreement as a cooperative procurement.
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. This Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between those certain government agencies that execute a Principal Procurement Agency Certificate (“Principal Procurement Agencies”) with OMNIA Partners, Public Sector, Inc., a Delaware corporation f/k/a National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance Company; Communities Program Management, LLC, a California limited liability company d/b/a U.S. Communities, and/or NCPA LLC, a Texas limited liability company d/b/a National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (collectively, “OMNIA Partners”), in its capacity as the cooperative administrator, to be appended and made a part hereof and such other agencies (“Participating Public Agencies”), as defined in each Master Agreement (as defined below), who register to participate in the cooperative purchasing programs administered by OMNIA Partners and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “OMNIA Partners Parties”) by either registering on the OMNIA Partners website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx or any successor website), or by executing a copy of this Agreement.
