Coordinate and attend a Project kick-off meeting for Phase 1 with District Project management staff to discuss Project elements, background, scope, schedule, design criteria, operation and maintenance concerns, goals, objectives, Project success criteria, alternative screening criteria, and District preferences. District will provide Consultant with copies of as-built or record drawings of the system and any reports, CAD Files or studies, upon Consultant’s request.
Coordinate and attend. Meetings with the Sponsor and UDOT Aeronautics. Meetings with the Sponsor and the UDOT Aeronautics will take place to determine critical project dates, and to establish the project scope of work. It is anticipated that there will be two meetings occurring with the Sponsor and UDOT Aeronautics, which will occur via teleconference.

Meetings with the Sponsor and the FAA will take place to determine critical project dates, establish the proposed design schedule and AIP development schedule, review environmental component(s), and determine the feasibility of the proposed project. Various meetings during the design phase will also be conducted to review the progress of the design, discuss construction details and proposed time frame of construction and identify any special requirements for the project. It is anticipated that there will be up to four meetings with the Sponsor and/or the FAA throughout the course of the design.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Negotiating Team ‌ The Association shall be allowed the following maximum number of paid employees from each facility as a member of the Negotiating Team with the Agency assuming no overtime obligations as a result of employees’ attendance at such meetings:  SACU: one (1) per house and one (1) Outreach Nurse  Xxxxxxxxx Cottage: one (1) At the discretion of the Association, a reasonable number of unpaid employees may attend negotiation sessions as observers.   • Negotiating Teams The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Each party's negotiating team shall consist of not more than five members.

  • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Section 1. Upon written request by either Party, a pre-job conference will be held prior to the time the Employees of such Employer begin work on the project.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.
