Coordinated System Plan Steps. Coordination of studies required for the development of the Coordinated System Plan will include the following steps: (a) Every three years, the Parties shall perform a comprehensive, coordinated regional transmission expansion planning study. Sensitivity analyses will be performed, as required, during the off years based on a review by the JPC and IPSAC of discrete reliability problems or operability issues that arise due to changing system conditions. Ad hoc study groups may be formed as needed to address localized seams issues identified or to perform targeted studies of particular areas, needs, or potential expansions and to ensure the coordinated reliability and efficiency of the systems. (b) Each Party will be responsible for providing the technical support required to complete the analysis for the study. The responsibility for the coordinated study and the compilation of the coordinated study report will alternate between the Parties. (c) The JPC will develop a scope and procedure for the inter-regional planning assessment. The scope of the study will include evaluations of the transmission system against the reliability criteria, operational performance criteria, and economic performance criteria applicable to each Party. Each Party will provide a baseline model that includes all transmission enhancements included in the Party’s regional transmission expansion plan, and all of the committed interconnection projects and any associated transmission upgrades. (d) The Parties will use planning models that are developed in accordance with the procedures to be established by the JPC. Exchange of power flow models will be in a format that is acceptable to both Parties and will use a consistent bus numbering convention and bus naming convention to minimize work that is needed to merge detailed power flow models. (e) The study will initially evaluate the reliability of the combined transmission systems. Any upgrades required to resolve criteria violations will be agreed upon and included in an updated baseline model. (f) The performance of the combined transmission systems will be tested against agreed upon operational and economic criteria, where applicable, using the updated baseline model. Upgrades required to resolve operational and/or economic performance criteria violations will be included in the Coordinated System Plan. (g) Economic criteria applicable to either Party will be developed and filed by that Party with input from its stakeholders.

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme manual. 2. The steering committee is the decision-making body of the project and it shall be composed by representatives of the LP and all PPs duly authorised to represent the respective LP and PP institutions. It shall be chaired by the LP and it shall meet on a regular basis. Associated partners shall be invited to take part in the steering committee in an advisory capacity. External key stakeholders may also be invited to take part to one or more meetings in an observer/advisory capacity. 3. The steering committee shall at least: a. be responsible for monitoring and validating the implementation of the project and the achievement of the planned results as in the approved application form; b. perform the financial monitoring of the project implementation and to decide on any budget modifications as in § 11 of this agreement; c. monitor and manage deviations of the project implementation; d. decide on project modifications (e.g. partnership, budget, activities, and duration) if needed; e. be responsible for the settlement of any disputes within the partnership (as stipulated in § 22 of this agreement). 4. Further aspects, including the creation of sub-groups or task forces, may be set out in the rules of procedure of the steering committee.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 24th August 2025, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Program Design The County Human Resources Department will operate a Catastrophic Leave Bank which is designed to assist any County employee who has exhausted all paid accruals due to a serious or catastrophic illness, injury, or condition of the employee or family member. The program establishes and maintains a Countywide bank wherein any employee who wishes to contribute may authorize that a portion of his/her accrued vacation, compensatory time, holiday compensatory time or floating holiday be deducted from those account(s) and credited to the Catastrophic Leave Bank. Employees may donate hours either to a specific eligible employee or to the bank. Upon approval, credits from the Catastrophic Leave Bank may be transferred to a requesting employee's sick leave account so that employee may remain in paid status for a longer period of time, thus partially ameliorating the financial impact of the illness, injury, or condition. Catastrophic illness or injury is defined as a critical medical condition, a long-term major physical impairment or disability which manifests itself during employment.

  • Project Team County’s Designated Representative for purposes of this Agreement is as follows: County shall have the right, from time to time, to change the County’s Designated Representative by giving A/E written notice thereof. With respect to any action, decision, or determination which is to be taken or made by County under this Agreement, the County’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify A/E in writing of an individual responsible for, and capable of, taking such action, decision, or determination, and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by County’s Designated Representative on behalf of County shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters therefor are included in this Agreement, in which case, actions taken by County’s Designated Representative shall be in accordance with such express standards or parameters. Any consent, approval, decision, or determination hereunder by County’s Designated Representative shall be binding on County; provided, however, County’s Designated Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement or executed Supplemental Agreement. County’s Designated Representative shall not have any authority to execute a Supplemental Agreement unless otherwise granted such authority by the Williamson County Commissioners Court. A/E shall have the right, from time to time, to change A/E’s Designated Representative by giving County written notice thereof. With respect to any action, decision, or determination which is to be taken or made by A/E under this Agreement, A/E’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination, or shall notify County in writing of an individual responsible for and capable of taking such action, decision, or determination and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action.   • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
