CORPORATE BENEFITS. The Company shall, during Employee's period of employment, provide Employee the following benefits and perquisites:
CORPORATE BENEFITS. The Company shall provide the same corporate benefits (medical, etc.) to Xxxxxxx as it provides to its other US employees. In addition, the Company shall pay the annual premium for Xxxxxxx $1,000,000 personal life insurance.
CORPORATE BENEFITS. Officer shall, during ------------------ the Term of this Agreement, be entitled to participate in any and all employee welfare plans, employee benefit plans, retirement plans, medical plans and similar plans of the Resulting Bank generally now or hereafter in effect and open to participation by qualifying employees of the Resulting Bank generally (in accordance with the eligibility and other requirements established for such corporate benefits).
CORPORATE BENEFITS. Executive shall participate also in such other welfare and benefit programs as the Company may customarily extend to its Employees or officers as a class and as to which participation may lawfully be extended to Executive. This Agreement may not be construed to prevent the Company from rescinding any welfare or benefit programs for Executive so long as such rescission applies to Employees or officers, as the case may be, as a class.
CORPORATE BENEFITS. 6.1 The Company shall provide the same corporate benefits (medical, etc.) to the Xxxxxxx as it provides to its other US employees.
CORPORATE BENEFITS. The Company shall provide the corporate benefits (medical, etc.) to Toulan as it provides to its other US employees, and the Company shall pay the annual premium for Toulan $1,000,000 personal life insurance and premiums for Toulan's disability insurance.
CORPORATE BENEFITS.
26.1 All Regular Full-Time Employees who have taught 1040 lessons qualify for the corporate benefit plan. EC reserves the right to amend the benefits and carrier. Coverage begins at the beginning of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies for benefits.
26.2 If EC demands the benefits plan, the benefits as a package will remain comparable during the term of the collective agreement.
26.3 Eligible employees must participate in the benefits plan unless they present written documentation showing that they are covered under a spouse or partner’s plan. Employees who are covered by a spouse or partner’s plan at the time they qualify for benefits and who lose that coverage at a later date must apply for coverage under the corporate benefits plan at that time.
26.4 EC pays 85% of the plan premiums for employees who qualify for the plan on or after April 21, 2006, up to the end of the fifth (5th) year of employment. After five

CORPORATE BENEFITS a) Continuing Teaching Positions and Sessional Teaching Positions are entitled to benefits set out in the EC Corporate Benefits Plan. EC reserves the right to amend the benefits and carrier.
b) The Parties agree that while the benefit plan may be amended, the benefits as a package will remain comparable during the term of the collective agreement.
CORPORATE BENEFITS. Preparation, assistance and review of matters to be presented to the PM and Kraft Boards involving benefit program changes above certain dollar thresholds. - Development of company-wide benefit strategy for Kraft. - Internal Revenue Compliance for company-wide controlled group issues (i.e. Discrimination testing; 5500 review; FAS 87/88 compliance; Voluntary Compliance Reviews, etc.). - Secular Trust and Executive Trust Agreement design, administrative oversight and vendor/banking management. - Management of certain executive benefits issues particularly related to transfers, promotions and terminations. - Coordination of company-wide benefit projects for Kraft. - Health care/benefit cost surveys, analysis and reporting to Senior Management of Kraft. - Business Travel Accident Plan design and negotiations.
2.1 International Insurance Pooling. - All benefit issues related to Kraft employee participation in Kraft and PM stock programs. - Management of the International Mercer Database.
