Corporate Bonus Program Sample Clauses

Corporate Bonus Program. For each fiscal year of the Company completed during the Employment Term, the Executive will be eligible to earn an annual bonus under the Company’s Corporate Bonus Program based on a target bonus opportunity of 100% of the Base Salary (with greater or lesser amounts paid for performance above and below target) (each annual bonus, an “Annual Bonus”). The Annual Bonus is subject to the Board’s approval and, if required by the Board, the Executive’s execution of any applicable participation agreement under the Corporate Bonus Program. In each case, the Annual Bonus will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 4 and the applicable plan documents. The performance criteria for any particular year shall be determined by the Board (or a committee thereof), after consultation with the Executive, no later than sixty (60) days after the commencement of the relevant year.
Corporate Bonus Program. For each fiscal year of the Company completed during the Employment Term, Xxxxxxx will be eligible to earn an annual bonus (each annual bonus, an “Annual Bonus”) under the Company’s Corporate Bonus Program. The Annual Bonus is subject to the Board’s approval and Xxxxxxx’x execution of the applicable participation agreement under the Corporate Bonus Program. For fiscal year 2022, Xxxxxxx will be eligible for an Annual Bonus of $500,000 at target (subject to a possible increase or decrease relative to certain performance metrics). In each case, the Annual Bonus will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 5 and the applicable plan documents.

Corporate Bonus ProgramExecutive acknowledges and agrees that he shall not be eligible to participate in any bonus program including, without limitation, the Corporate Bonus Program following the Transition Date; provided that, to the extent not paid prior to the commencement of the Transition Period, Executive shall continue to be eligible for the performance bonus under the amendment to the Letter Agreement dated January 24, 2003.
Corporate Bonus Program. The Corporate Bonus program will be administered in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the annual compensation statement with a Bonus Target no less than 6%. The Bonus program will not be amended during the term of this agreement.

Related to Corporate Bonus Program

  • Bonus Program You will be eligible for an annual target bonus of 35% of your annual base salary as determined by the Board in its sole discretion based upon, among other things, the achievement of pre-determined performance milestones. Any annual bonus, if earned, shall be paid no later than March 15th of the year immediately following the year to which the applicable annual bonus relates.

  • Bonus Programs Employee may participate in any incentive program which may be made available from time to time to Corporation’s employees at Employee’s level; provided, however, that Employee’s participation is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of the program, as they may exist from time to time.

  • Incentive Bonus Plan Employee shall be eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 65% of his annual base salary in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Bonus Plan as modified from time to time, payable in cash and/or equity of the Company (at the Company’s discretion). The bonus payment and the Company’s targeted performance shall be determined and approved by the Board or the compensation committee thereof.

  • Bonus Plan Such bonus, if any, as shall be determined upon the recommendation of the CEO by the Board (or any designated Committee of the Board comprised solely of independent directors), shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonus plan established for the Company (“Bonus Plan”).

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.

  • Annual Bonus Opportunity Your annual target bonus opportunity following the Effective Date will be 50% of your annual base salary (the “Target Bonus”). The Target Bonus shall be subject to review and may be adjusted based upon the Company’s normal performance review practices. Your actual bonuses shall be based upon achievement of performance objectives to be determined by the Board in its sole and absolute discretion. Bonuses will be paid as soon as practicable after the Board determines that such bonuses have been earned, but in no event will a bonus be paid to you after the later of (i) the fifteenth (15th) day of the third (3rd) month following the close of the Company’s fiscal year in which such bonus is earned or (ii) March 15 following the calendar year in which such bonus is earned.

  • Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

  • Incentive Compensation Program In order to enhance consistency in sales efforts for products offered inside and outside of Covered California, Contractor shall consider information provided by Covered California regarding sales commissions in order to credit the Agent’s sale of QDPs through Covered California for Small Business to the Agent’s sale of Contractor’s policies outside Covered California for purposes of determining Agent’s aggregate sales that shall be used by Contractor to determine incentive or other compensation payable by Contractor to Agent. Contractor shall provide information as may reasonably be required by Covered California from time to time to monitor Contractor’s compliance with the requirements set forth in this section.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.

  • Annual Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive compensation plan with a target annual incentive award opportunity of no less than 40% of Base Salary and a maximum annual incentive award opportunity of 80% of Base Salary. Payment of annual incentive awards shall be made at the same time that other senior-level executives receive their incentive awards.
