County Benefits Clause Samples
The "County Benefits" clause defines the specific advantages, services, or entitlements that the county will receive under the terms of the agreement. This may include financial payments, access to resources, provision of services, or other forms of consideration provided by the other party. For example, the clause might specify that the county will receive a percentage of revenue generated from a project or be granted use of certain facilities. Its core practical function is to clearly outline what the county stands to gain from the arrangement, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding between the parties.
County Benefits. The President shall enjoy all benefits conferred on like-situated employees represented by the Sonoma County Law Enforcement Association Memorandum of Understanding and applicable County of Sonoma rules and policies. No loss of County health, dental, vision, LTD or other benefits will result. If a new benefit or unanticipated impact from an existing benefit not covered in this agreement occurs, the parties agree to reopen this agreement and meet on the issue in question.
County Benefits. County will not offer or promise any Assigned Employee compensation or benefits under any County-provided plan, and County will exclude Assigned Employees from any County-provided plan whenever possible.

The County is desirous of advancing the socioeconomic interests of the County and its residents by encouraging quality development, economic growth and housing, thereby enhancing housing and employment opportunities for residents and expanding the County’s tax base. The County is also desirous of encouraging development that maintains a healthy environment for its citizens and future residents. This Agreement allows the County to realize significant economic, recreational, park, open space, social and public benefits, which will advance the interests and meet the needs of the County’s residents and visitors to a greater extent than otherwise permitted.
