County Sick Leave Plan. The Employer agrees that should the Corporation of Haldimand County review in any part their present Sick Leave Program for County Employees that would result in a program superior to the above, the Union and the Employer shall meet for the purpose of amending this Sick Leave Program for Full-time Registered Nurses to conform to that of the Corporation of Haldimand County.
