Court Pay. Employees required to appear in any judicial or administrative proceeding on official business on their off‐duty time shall be compensated at the rate of time and one‐half their normal rate of pay for a minimum of three (3) hours. Said employee shall be required to assign any court fees received to Town of Auburn.
