CPE. 7.1.1 Service is only compatible with the CPE which is ‘Tata Sky’ branded and is procured by the Subscriber either (i) directly from the Company or (ii) through the authorised distributor or dealer of the Company. The Subscriber is informed that the Service cannot be operated or availed by the Subscriber without the CPE. Once subscriber has given his consent for purchase of CPE, the Company will install a suitable CPE for Subscriber at his/her Address to facilitate provision of and use of the Services. To use the CPE, the Subscriber will need compatible Incidental Accessories such as television sets and/or services of third party for Installation (for example, technician or electrician). Company will endeavour to inform the Subscriber in advance if such services are required during the Installation. Company shall not be responsible for actions of any such third-party service provider of the Subscriber.
7.1.2 The Company may give an option to the Subscriber to opt for CPE without ODU. In the event, the Subscriber opts for CPE without ODU, then (i) the Subscriber shall be solely responsible to arrange for ODU which is compatible with the CPE provided by the Company to enable the Subscriber to avail the Services and/or (ii) the Subscriber shall be solely responsible to pay all costs, charges and expenses in connection with the ODU including without limitation costs, changes and expenses for procurement, installation, maintenance of the ODU and/or (iii) the Warranty or the Annual Maintenance Service (if any) given by the Company for the CPE will not be applicable for the ODU procured by the Subscriber. In the event the Subscriber opts for CPE without ODU, then it shall be deemed to be construed that Subscriber has all the right and authority to use the ODU to avail the Services of the Company. The ownership of the ODU will continue to vest with the Subscriber. Further, the Subscriber opting for such an offer shall be solely responsible for all matters related to the ODU and shall indemnify the Company against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from the use of the ODU including without limitation ownership claims from any third party or any other claim of misappropriation or theft of the ODU. CPE. 7.1 CPE can only be connected to the Network for the ISDN 2 Service using an approved connection point.
7.2 CPE that does not conform cannot be plugged directly into the ISDN Line and will need to be connected via an ISDN 2 terminal adapter.
CPE. Single outage with a duration of six (6) minutes or more. Preventing outages of six (6) minutes or more. 100% credit/or adjustment of the TMRC of NGCS plus an additional $50,000.

CPE. 5.1 The Customer shall ensure that any CPE:
(a) is technically compatible with the Network and the relevant Fixed Service including, without limitation, conforming to any interface specifications and/or routing protocols specified by or on behalf of O2;
(b) does not harm the Network, O2 Equipment or any equipment belonging to a Third Party
(c) is connected to the Network and the relevant Fixed Service strictly in accordance with the instructions of O2; and
(d) is used by the Customer strictly in accordance with any legislation, instructions, safety and security procedures, licences and standards.
5.2 If the CPE does not meet the requirements set out in clause 5.1 of these Fixed Terms, the Customer must immediately disconnect the CPE from the Network, the O2 Equipment and the Services. O2 may disconnect the CPE, at the Customer‟s expense (providing as much prior notice as reasonably possible to the Customer) in the case of emergency or where the disconnection is required at law.
5.3 Certain elements of the Fixed Services are dependent on the Customer having suitable CPE available and in the event that the Customer is unable to provide such CPE, then:
(a) some of the Fixed Services may not function correctly; and
(b) O2 shall have no liability for the Customer‟s inability to receive those Services.
5.4 If the Customer asks O2 to test the CPE to make sure that it complies with the relevant standards and any licences applicable to the Customer, the Customer must pay O2 the applicable Charges set out in the O2 Price List.
CPE. Customer-premises equipment or customer-provided equipment (CPE) is any terminal and associated equipment located at a subscriber's premises and connected with a carrier's telecommunication channel(s) at the demarcation point ("demarc").
CPE. 1.1 ( Provision of CPE) Subject to Our receiving payment for the CPE, We will provide it and any associated documentation to You at the Premises, to use with the relevant access (using satellite, data, PSTN or other telecommunication access medium) service(s).
1.2 ( Override Code) We may program an override code into Your phone system or PABX, that directs call traffic across Our network. If You transfer the Service to another service provider, We may continue to charge You for any calls over Our network until You or Your new service provider (at Your cost) has removed or changed the over-ride code. In this situation You are liable to Us for all related call costs and it is Your sole responsibility to remove or change the over-ride code so calls can go through to Your new provider. Any costs associated with the reprogramming are also Your responsibility.
CPE. For CPE, Orange will be responsible for making CPE available in the Delivery Locations agreed with Customer. For Delivery Locations where Orange has no capability to make any CPE available to Customer, an alternative solution (e.g. equipment resale) should be considered by both Parties. Customs formalities in such a case will be those described in Clause 1.4.2 (Products).
CPE. The allowable effort for each individual fisherman shall be calculated in the same manner as the overall Tribal effort, except that the fishermen's individual fish allocation shall be used instead of the Tribal fish allocation.
