Common use of Credential Pay Clause in Contracts

Credential Pay. The University will adjust a Local 1324 Unit member’s base rate of pay by a 1% step for the following certifications. The pay adjustment will become effective the first full pay period after the Local 1324 Unit member provides proof of degree conferral to the Fire Chief.
