Credit Reporting Information. Because you have requested a Card, we are entitled under applicable law, including the Fair Credit ReportingAct, to obtain information about you from a credit reporting agency. We may also verify your credit references and other information that you provide to us. We may obtain updated or additional information about you, including consumer reports, from time to time for any legitimate purpose including, but not limited to, the extension of credit to you or the review or collection of your Account. We will report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults in your account may be reflected in your credit report. If you believe that our report is inaccurate or incomplete, please write us at the following address: First Progress Card, X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000-0000.

Credit Reporting Information. You agree that we may obtain credit reports about you, investigate your ability to pay, and obtain information about you from other sources including information to verify and re-verify your employment and income. And you agree that we will use such information for any purposes (for example, marketing to you or evaluating you for a new account), subject to applicable law. You agree that we may elect to give information about the Account to credit reporting agencies. We may tell a credit reporting agency if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your Account may be reflected in your credit report. This information may have a negative impact on your credit report. If we report information about your Account to the credit bureaus and you think any information about your Account that we reported is incorrect, please email xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Include your name, address, Account number, phone number and a description of the specific information you believe is incorrect. If available, please include a copy of the credit report in question.
Credit Reporting Information. ‌ 14.1. The Privacy Act 1988 provides for the retention of personal insolvency information on individuals’ credit reports for the following periods: a debt agreement that ends under section 185N of the Bankruptcy Act (s185N of the Bankruptcy Act relates to the completion of a debt agreement by making all payments) (a) the period of 5 years that starts on the day on which the agreement is made, or (b) the period that ends on the day on which the agreement ends a debt agreement that does not end by all payments having been made (a) the period of 5 years that starts on the day on which the agreement is made, or (b) the period of 2 years that starts on the day: (i) the agreement is terminated under the Bankruptcy Act, or (ii) an order declaring that all the agreement is void is made under that Act a debt agreement proposal that: (a) is withdrawn (b) is not accepted (c) is cancelled (d) lapses the day that the: (a) proposal is withdrawn (b) proposal is not accepted under section 185EC of the Bankruptcy Act (i.e. creditors vote to reject it) (c) acceptance of the proposal for processing is cancelled under section 185ED of the Bankruptcy Act (s185ED relates to Official Receiver cancellation) (d) the proposal lapses under section 185G of that Act (i.e. no creditors vote or the debtor dies) 14.2. Credit reporting is not regulated by the Official Receiver or AFSA and any questions or concerns should be directed to the relevant credit reporting body or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Credit Reporting Information. Borrower hereby acknowledges that Lender reserves the right to report any and all payment activity regarding the referenced loan to various credit reporting agencies, including, without limitation: TRW Credit Data Southwest, Trans Union, and Equifax. Payment activity reported may include, without limitation, such information as payment due date, payment amount due, payment amount received, date payment received, or any other factual information deemed appropriate by Lender.

  • Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and shares of Common Stock) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.

  • Tax Reporting Information The Grantee is required to report any foreign specified property (including Shares acquired under the Plan) to the Canada Revenue Agency on Form T1135 (Foreign Income Verification Statement) if the total cost of the Grantee’s foreign specified property exceeds C$100,000 at any time in the year. The form must be filed by April 30th of the following year. Foreign specified property also includes unvested Restricted Stock Units (generally at nil cost) if the C$100,000 cost threshold is exceeded because of other foreign specified property. The Grantee should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine his or her reporting requirements.

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Information Reporting We may report your performance under this Agreement to credit reporting agencies, including your failure to make minimum payments on time. A negative credit report may significantly harm your ability to obtain credit from other sources. We may also obtain follow-up credit reports on you (for example, when we review your Account for a credit line increase). We may exchange information about you or your Account with our affiliates, and, to the extent permitted by law, with other third parties. However, if you prefer that we not share such information with our affiliate companies, just call us at (000) 000-0000 or outside the Albuquerque area, 0-000-000-0000. You may also write to us at Nusenda Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 8530, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87198. Closing Your Account. You may close your Account at any time by notifying us in writing. However, you remain responsible to pay the balance according to the terms of this Agreement. We may close your Account or suspend your Account privileges at any time without prior notice. We may also reissue a different Card, Account number, or different checks at any time. You must return the Card or the checks to us upon request. Lost or Stolen Cards. If any Card, Account Number or PIN is lost or stolen, or if you think someone used or may use them without your permission, notify us at once by calling the telephone number shown on the billing statement or by calling 0-000-000-0000. We may require you to provide certain information in writing to help us find out what happened. Do not use the Card after we've been notified, even if it is found or returned. You will not be liable for any unauthorized purchases or cash advances made after we've been notified of the loss or the theft; however, you must identify for us the charges on the billing statement that were not made by you or someone authorized by you, and from which you received no benefit. Credit Authorizations. We are not responsible if we do not approve a purchase or cash advance on your Account, or if a third party refuses to accept or honor the Card, even if you have sufficient credit available. We may limit the number of purchases or cash advances which may be approved in one day. If we detect unusual or suspicious activity on your Account, we may temporarily suspend your credit privileges until we can verify the activity. We may approve purchases or cash advances that cause the balance to exceed your credit line without waiving any of our rights under the Agreement. Waiver. Our failure to exercise, or our delay in exercising any of our rights under this Agreement for any reason does not mean that we will be unable to exercise these rights later.

  • Identifying Information Issuer and Broker acknowledge that a portion of the identifying information set forth on Exhibit A is being requested by NCPS in connection with the USA Patriot Act, Pub.L.107-56 (the “Act”). To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. For a non-individual person such as a business entity, a charity, a Trust, or other legal entity, we ask for documentation to verify its formation and existence as a legal entity. We may also ask to see financial statements, licenses, identification and authorization documents from individuals claiming authority to represent the entity or other relevant documentation.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.
