Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. (CPTED). Site Design and Building Design CPTED assessment by a professional with current CPTED Professional Designation is required for all non-single-family residential development within the Lakepointe Urban Village. The Master Developer shall engage a CPTED practitioner with a current CPTED Professional Designation to incorporate CPTED provisions into the Urban Village Design Guidelines to ensure site and building design that limit use patterns that lead to conflict and negative behaviors and reducing the opportunities for crime. If the total oil or oil products storage exceeds 1,320 gallons in containers of 55 gallons or greater, Purchaser shall prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan. Party, through its violence protection and crisis response committee, shall evaluate the efficacy of its policy, and update the policy as appropriate, at least annually. The policy and any written evaluations thereof shall be provided to employees delivering direct social or mental health services. Party will ensure that any subcontractor and sub-grantee who hires employees (or contracts with service providers) who deliver social or mental health services directly to individual recipients of such services, complies with all requirements of this Section.
