Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. (CPTED). Site Design and Building Design CPTED assessment by a professional with current CPTED Professional Designation is required for all non-single-family residential development within the Lakepointe Urban Village. The Master Developer shall engage a CPTED practitioner with a current CPTED Professional Designation to incorporate CPTED provisions into the Urban Village Design Guidelines to ensure site and building design that limit use patterns that lead to conflict and negative behaviors and reducing the opportunities for crime.
