Critical Employees. Employees whose work is critical to the operation of the District during closure will be contacted by the employee's immediate supervisor and will be required to report to work. Employees who are required to report to work will be paid at double-time, which includes their regular pay.

Critical Employees. Critical Employees" shall refer to Xxxxxxxx Groult and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, each of whom are considered by Purchaser to be critical to success of the Company's business operations.
Critical Employees. The Company has provided or made available a list of the name, place of employment, title, the current annual salary rate, bonuses, deferred or contingent compensation, change in control, retention and other like benefits paid or payable (in cash or otherwise) in 2009 of each current salaried employee, officer or director of the Company or any Subsidiary whose annual compensation is expected to exceed $100,000 in 2009 as of the date hereof.

If the closure is not directly related to inclement weather, and is longer than three days, double-time will cease when it is safe to drive within the Parkrose District boundaries and safe working conditions have been restored.
Critical Employees. Promptly following the date hereof and through the last of the applicable Subsequent Transfer Dates with respect to a Critical Employee (as defined below), the Seller Entities shall, and Parent and the Seller Entities shall cause Genclonn to, provide Buyer or its designee with access to the Eligible Employees designated on Schedule 6.7(h) as Critical Employees (the “Critical Employees”) for purposes of discussing Buyer’s anticipated offer of employment to such Critical Employee. The Seller Entities shall use commercially reasonable efforts to retain each Critical Employee until such time as he or she becomes a Transferred Employee or Buyer or its designee determines that such Critical Employee will not become a Potential Transferred Employee.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Casual employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to such benefits as are contained in the “Addendum - Casual Employees”.

  • Seasonal Employees Seasonal employees still on trial service should refer to Article 71, Sections 2 and 3 regarding salary increases.

  • Seasonal Employee Seasonal employee" means an employee who is appointed for no more than ten months during any 12 consecutive months but who is expected to return to work year after year.

An employee who is qualified and yet unwilling to do the work shall be laid-off.
