Customer Monitoring Rights. 7.1 REMOTE SELF-ASSESSMENTS. Data Processor shall enable remote self-serve assessments of its Security Program (as defined in the Data Security Guide) by granting Data Controller, at all times and at no additional costs, access to the Data Processor self-access documentation portal (“Kensu CORE”). The information available on Kensu CORE will include documentation evidencing Data Processor’s policies, procedures and security measures, as well as copies of the certifications and attestations listed in Section 7.2 (Audit) below.

The information available on ServiceNow CORE will include documentation evidencing ServiceNow’s policies, procedures and security measures, as well as copies of the certifications and attestations listed in Section 4.2.2 (Audit) below.
Customer Monitoring Rights. Customer may audit Data Processor’s Processing of Personal Data under this DPA by exercising its audit rights set forth in Section 4.2 (Audits and Corrective Actions) of the Data Security Guide.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Services, Materials, and Equipment Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, heat, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities, and all other facilities, incidentals, and services necessary for the construction, performance, testing, start-up, inspection and completion of the Work.
