Output. Upon completion of the Audit, Data Processor and Customer may schedule a mutually convenient time to discuss the output of the Audit. Data Processor may in its sole discretion, consistent with industry and Data Processor’s standards and practices, make commercially reasonable efforts to implement Customer’s suggested improvements noted in the Audit to improve Data Processor’s Security Program. The Audit and the results derived therefrom are Confidential Information of Data Processor.
Output. Upon completion of the Audit, ServiceNow and Customer may schedule a mutually convenient time to discuss the output of the Audit. ServiceNow may in its sole discretion, consistent with industry and ServiceNow’s standards and practices, make commercially reasonable efforts to implement Customer’s suggested improvements noted in the Audit to improve ServiceNow’s Security Program. The Audit and the results derived therefrom are Confidential Information of ServiceNow.
Output. 2.1. Notwithstanding any recommendation contained within the Output, reliance on the Output is in Customer’s discretion. Customer will assess the Output (including by code scanning, security scanning, human review, and human oversight and correction) before further using or relying on the Output for any purpose. Customer will also utilize any review tools and filtering options that SAP makes available. 2.2. Customer acknowledges that AI Technologies consist of emerging technologies and, given the nature of such AI Technologies, their use may result in incorrect, biased, unfair, or inaccurate Output and/or Output that may be nonsensical or untruthful in relation to certain sources. 2.3. Customer acknowledges and agrees that (i) Output may not qualify for intellectual property protection; (ii) similar or the same Output may be produced by AI Technologies to similar requests from different customers, and (iii) Customer’s rights to Output may not be enforceable against other users of the AI Technologies. For the purpose of these Terms, Customer’s ownership in the Output is subject to SAP’s and/or its licensor’s ownership rights in the Cloud Service, SAP Materials, and data used to train the AI Technologies (“Pre-Existing Materials”). Customer is granted a license to use, and only will use, the Pre- Existing Materials in the Output to the same extent as Customer is permitted to use the Cloud Service. 2.4. SAP’s indemnification obligations, to the extent provided in the Agreement, shall apply to the AI Technologies, but not to the Output.

If any Audit performed pursuant to this ISA reveals or identifies any non-compliance by Supplier of its obligations under the Call-Off Contract, including this ISA, then (a) Supplier will work to correct such issues; and (b) Buyer may request feedback and information regarding corrective and remedial actions taken in relation to such audit for no more than sixty (60) days after the date upon which such audit was conducted.

Company hereby grants Medcurio a royalty-free, worldwide, license during the Subscription Term to reproduce, display, access, modify, transmit and use Output solely to provide the Software, any maintenance and support required, and to improve and analyze the performance of the Software.
