Customer Site Services. NAVITAIRE will assist Customer with the testing of the required telecommunications connection between the NAVITAIRE data center and the designated Customer facility. Customer shall be responsible for the cost of troubleshooting or connecting the Customer’s internal network. Additional technical support for on-site assistance after the initial conversion for production use of the Hosted Revenue Accounting Services shall be quoted on a project basis at the request of the Customer using the rates as outlined in Section 9.3 of this Exhibit G.

Customer Site Services. For any Services to be provided by Noviant at any Customer site or Customer client site, Customer shall provide Noviant personnel with: (i) a suitable and adequate work environment, including space for work, office furniture, and on-site equipment for performance of the Services, as necessary, and (ii) any other items as may be mutually agreed by the Parties. Noviant shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, be responsible for providing its personnel all necessary mobile equipment, including but not limited to: pagers, laptops and cell phones, as required for performance of the Services. Unless Customer agrees otherwise in a PO, Customer shall not provide work space or other equipment to Noviant in connection with Noviant's performance of the Services away from Customer sites or Customer client sites.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.
