Daily Delivery Schedules. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall provide the Day-Ahead Schedule to Buyer via Buyer's internet site, as provided in Appendix IX, no later than fourteen (14) hours before the beginning of the “Preschedule Day” as defined by the WECC. The current industry standard Preschedule Day timetable in the WECC is as follows:
Daily Delivery Schedules. By 5:30 AM Pacific Prevailing Time on the Business Day immediately preceding the date of delivery, Seller shall provide Buyer with a non- binding forecast of the Project’s available capacity (or if PIRP is not available for any reason, the expected Delivered Energy) for each hour of the immediately succeeding day (“Day-Ahead Forecast”). A Day-Ahead Forecast provided in a day prior to any non-Business Day(s) shall include Schedules for the immediate day, each succeeding non-Business Day and the next Business Day. Each Day-Ahead Forecast shall clearly identify, for each hour, Seller’s best estimate of the Project’s available capacity (or if PIRP is not available for any reason, the expected Delivered Energy). Seller may not change such Schedule past the deadlines provided in this section except in the event of a Forced Outage or Force Majeure event (or the restoration of capacity after a Forced Outage or Force Majeure event) or Schedule change imposed by Buyer, the Participating Transmission Owner, or the CAISO, in which case Seller shall promptly provide Buyer with a copy of any and all updates to such Schedule indicating changes from the then-current Schedule. These notices and changes to the Schedules shall be sent to Buyer’s on- duty Scheduling Coordinator. If Seller fails to provide Buyer with a Day-Ahead Forecast as required herein, then for such unscheduled delivery period only Buyer shall rely on the delivery Schedule provided in the Monthly Delivery Forecast or Buyer’s best estimate of the Energy that the Project will produce based on information reasonably available to Buyer, and Seller shall be liable for any deviations between Scheduled Energy (based on the delivery Schedule provided in the Monthly Delivery Forecast or Buyer’s best estimate of Energy production, as applicable) and Delivered Energy.
Daily Delivery Schedules. During the Delivery Term, no later than fourteen (14) hours before the beginning of the Day-Ahead trading day (i.e., 38 hours in advance of the beginning of the trading day) in accordance with ISO scheduling protocols, Seller’s SC shall provide Buyer with a copy of a non-binding hourly forecast of deliveries of Delivered Energy for each trading day; provided, however, that a schedule provided on a day before any non-Business Day shall include deliveries planned for each day to and including the next Business Day. Each delivery schedule shall clearly identify, for each hour, Seller’s best estimate of all amounts of Product to be delivered and sold to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. Seller shall deliver Product in accordance with its Day-Ahead schedule and subject to the applicable Tariff. Seller shall promptly provide Buyer with a copy of any and all updates to such schedule indicating a change in Scheduled Energy from the then-current schedule which is provided to the ISO under Amendment 42 and any and all scheduling protocols issued by the ISO. Daily Delivery Schedules. In accordance with the Scheduling Coordinator Agreement and by 5:30 AM Pacific Prevailing Time on the Business Day immediately preceding the date of delivery, Seller shall provide Buyer with a copy of the required schedule of deliveries of Output for each hour of the immediately succeeding day concurrent. A schedule provided in a day prior to any non-Business Day(s) shall include schedules for the immediate day, each succeeding non-Business Day and the next Business Day. Seller shall provide Buyer with a copy of any and all updates to such schedule indicating a change in scheduled Output.
Daily Delivery Schedules. Daily during the Delivery Term, within fifteen (15) minutes of receipt of a day-ahead EIRP forecast, if applicable, Seller’s SC will provide Buyer with a copy of such EIRP forecast and the resulting Schedule. Other than as required as part of Seller’s participation in EIRP, in the event that Seller changes its Schedule on the actual date of delivery of Energy for any reason, including a Forced Outage or a scheduling change imposed by CAISO, which results in a change to the Project’s deliveries (whether in part or in whole), Seller shall notify Buyer immediately by calling Buyer’s on-duty Scheduling Coordinator to provide any and all changes to the Day-Ahead Schedule and to provide a revised schedule as soon as possible, but in no event later than (1) hour before Buyer’s Scheduling Coordinator is required to submit Hour-Ahead schedules to the CAISO. With respect to any Forced Outage affecting at least five percent (5%) of the Contract Capacity, Seller shall (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Buyer, orally, of such outage within ten (10) minutes of the occurrence of such outage, (b) provide a written estimate of the expected duration of such outage within one (1) hour after submittal of the initial notification pursuant to clause (a) of this Section, and (c) submit an Outage Notification Form, as provided in Appendix VIII of this Agreement, to Buyer in accordance with the instructions shown on the form. Seller shall keep Buyer informed of any developments that will affect either the duration of such outage or the availability of the Unit during or after the end of such outage.   • DELIVERY SCHEDULES In accordance with the "Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts” and “Extension of Use” clauses herein, this Contract is extended to local governments, political subdivisions and others authorized by law as well as State agencies. The Delivery Schedules (based on Requirement Letter RL182) are available as a guide to indicate proposed delivery points and estimated annual requirements. Delivery Schedules may be revised or clarified as necessary. Any specific questions regarding the site conditions should be directed to the end-user at the telephone number shown on the Delivery Schedule. The Delivery Schedules are available upon request. Contractors shall be obligated to deliver under the Contract to any State agency which places a purchase order under the Contract, whether or not such delivery location is identified in the Delivery Schedules. Any political subdivision or other non-State entity which has not filed a requirement with OGS as of the date of the bid opening shall be eligible to receive deliveries at Contractor's option only, upon placement of a valid purchase order to the Contractor's address as indicated in the award. Contracts created by OGS in response to receipt of Filed Requirements are considered to be binding. At Contractor's request, Contractor will be advised in writing regarding political subdivisions or other Non-State entities which have filed on a timely basis but do not appear on the Delivery Schedule. Where “Standby” is indicated in the Delivery Schedule, this reflects those facilities which normally use a fuel supply (i.e. natural gas) other than fuel oil and will only use fuel oil when alternate fuel is unavailable.

  • Voltage Schedules Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria). NYISO’s voltage schedules shall treat all sources of reactive power in the New York Control Area in an equitable and not unduly discriminatory manner. NYISO shall exercise Reasonable Efforts to provide Developer with such schedules in accordance with NYISO procedures, and may make changes to such schedules as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO. If Developer is unable to maintain the specified voltage or power factor, it shall promptly notify NYISO.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • WARRANTY – DELIVERABLES The Contractor warrants and represents that all deliverables sold the City under the Contract shall be free from defects in design, workmanship or manufacture, and conform in all material respects to the specifications, drawings, and descriptions in the Solicitation, to any samples furnished by the Contractor, to the terms, covenants and conditions of the Contract, and to all applicable State, Federal or local laws, rules, and regulations, and industry codes and standards. Unless otherwise stated in the Solicitation, the deliverables shall be new or recycled merchandise, and not used or reconditioned.

  • Closing Deliveries (a) On or prior to the Closing, the Company shall issue, deliver or cause to be delivered to each Purchaser the following (the “Company Deliverables”):

  • Shift Schedules 1501 Shift schedules for a minimum of a four (4) week period shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the beginning of the scheduled period. Shifts within the minimum four (4) week period shall not be altered after posting except by mutual agreement between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer. Requests for specific days off duty shall be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to posting and granted, if possible in the judgment of the Employer. 1502 Requests for interchanges in posted shifts or a portion thereof shall also be submitted in writing, co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange shifts with the applicant. Where reasonably possible, interchanges in posted shifts are to be completed within the posted shift schedule. It is understood that any change in shifts or days off initiated by the nurses and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime costs to the Employer. 1503 Night shift shall be considered as the first shift of each calendar day. 1504 Master rotations for each nursing unit shall be planned by the Employer in meaningful consultation with the nurse(s) concerned. The process for meaningful consultation shall include:  Employer proposes a master rotation including the Employer established criteria and provides to Nurses concerned  Nurses are provided reasonable time to submit feedback and/or an alternate master rotation for consideration.  The amended or new master rotation is provided to Nurses for review. Nurses are provided with a reasonable time to submit feedback.  At each step of the consultation process the Union will be provided with the new or revised master rotation to ensure contract compliance.  Employer has the sole discretion to select the new master rotation and provides rationale for the selection. Master Rotations shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer, observe the conditions listed hereinafter:

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format.
