DATA DELIVERY AGREEMENT. 1.1 Subject of the agreement This agreement provides for the delivery of credit data, credit risk data and information about counterparties to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) for the purpose of REGULATION (EU) 2016/867 OF THE EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK of 18 May 2016 on the collection of granular credit and credit risk data (ECB/2016/13). This agreement sets out the arrangements concerning: • the data to be delivered, and the delivery medium, format and frequency; • the conditions and obligations to be observed by reporting agents towards DNB; • the conditions and obligations to be observed by DNB towards the reporting agents, and • changes to the agreement.
