Data System Hardware and Software. 9 The AGENCY is developing a tracking process for collecting data as it relates to IFTs. 10 The AGENCY will notify the CONTRACTOR 30 days prior to implementation. Once the 11 implementation date is effective the CONTRACTOR must adhere to the following: 13 A. CONTRACTOR will submit required data elements in an electronic format 14 acceptable to the AGENCY. 16 B. CONTRACTOR shall provide Patient Care Record (PCR) information for each call 17 that requires the generation of a PCR per AGENCY policy, on a daily basis. The 18 daily submission of electronic PCR information shall include data not later than three 19 (3) calendar days following the date of the call (excluding weekends and holidays). 20 Submission of PCR information shall continue monthly until such time AGENCY and 21 CONTRACTOR are compatible and capable of daily transmission and; final 22 protocols are established for transmission including addendums and corrections. 23 Electronic PCRs shall utilize data elements outlined in EMD Provider 24 AGENCY/Ambulance Data Requirements Policy and any other data elements 25 requested by the AGENCY. 27 1. Nothing herein shall be construed to require Contractor to violate any applicable state or federal law governing patient confidentiality and, in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any such law, applicable law shall control. D. PCRs on patients requiring transport by an ALS Ground Ambulance, shall be delivered to the receiving facility in compliance with Agency policy. E. Contractor shall provide additional information and reports as the Agency may require for monitoring the performance of the Contractor under this Agreement.

Changes to an ePCR platform can cause unforeseen technical issues, disruption of 22 system monitoring capabilities, inability to report to system stakeholders, and 23 additional financial costs. In order to mitigate these potential disruptions in data flow 24 due diligence must be made in evaluating all the implications of a software platform 25 change previous to AGENCY approval. The CONTRACTOR shall notify AGENCY 26 in writing no later than 180 days prior to the proposed change. 28 CONTRACTOR shall collaborate with AGENCY to identify all ramifications to the 29 platform change previous to any software change and AGENCY approval. 31 This written notice shall include but not be limited to: 1 1. Name of CONTRACTOR 2 2. CONTRACTOR Point of Contact and contact information 3 3. Intended date of software platform implementation pending AGENCY approval 4 4. Proposed ePCR vendor 5 5. Proposed ePCR Platfrom Name and Revision 6 6. Verification of NEMSIS Compliance (as identified on XXXXXX.xxx website) 7 7. Software Provider Technical Point of Contact and contact information 8 8. Identified Funding Source if additional financial resources are necessary to 9 implement the change; AGENCY is NOT responsible for funding the ePCR change. 10 The CONTRACTOR is responsible for all additional, incremental, and on-going financial 11 support of the new software platform.

You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
