Unusual Occurrences and Complaints. A. The Contractor shall notify the County of all incidents in which the Contractor’s personnel fail to comply with protocols and/or contractual requirements.
Unusual Occurrences and Complaints. SEMSA shall complete an incident report within 48 hours by all parties involved in any unusual occurrence. XXXXX shall immediately notify the Ambulance Enforcement Officer of potential violations of the California Health and Safety Code, California Code of Regulations Title 22, or local EMS agency policies, Vehicle Code, Title 13, county policies, procedures and ordinance.

  • Reports of unusual occurrence The Contractor shall, during the Maintenance Period, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer, by facsimile or e- mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway relating to the safety and security of the Users and Project Highway. A monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) business days of the closing of month. For the purposes of this Clause 15.4, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway shall include:

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Delays and Complaints Delivery delays and service complaints will be monitored on a continual basis. Documented inability to perform under the conditions of the contract, via the Complaint to Vendor process (PUR 7017 form) contemplated for this Contract, may result in default proceedings and cancellation.

  • Adverse Events Subsequent to the date hereof, there shall not have occurred any of the following: (i) a suspension or material limitation in trading in securities generally on the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ National Market or the NASDAQ Global Market, (ii) a general moratorium on commercial banking activities in the People’s Republic of China or New York, (iii) the outbreak or escalation of hostilities involving the United States or the People’s Republic of China or the declaration by the United States or the People’s Republic of China of a national emergency or war if the effect of any such event specified in this clause (iii) in your reasonable judgment makes it impracticable or inadvisable to proceed with the public offering or the delivery of the Shares on the terms and in the manner contemplated in the Prospectus, or (iv) such a material adverse change in general economic, political, financial or international conditions affecting financial markets in the United States or the People’s Republic of China having a material adverse impact on trading prices of securities in general, as, in your reasonable judgment, makes it impracticable or inadvisable to proceed with the public offering of the Shares or the delivery of the Shares on the terms and in the manner contemplated in the Prospectus.

  • Consequences of Events of Default and Corrective Action If an Event of Default occurs, the Province may, at any time, take one or more of the following actions:

  • Client Complaints The Operator and AHS shall promptly inform the other party of any material complaints, concerns or grievances made to or against the Operator with respect to the Services. The Operator acknowledges that AHS is required to establish and maintain a patient concerns resolution process in accordance with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process Regulation (AR 124/2006) and that AHS has been advised by the Office of the Alberta Ombudsman that all contracted service providers are also required to have a patient concerns resolution process in place. The Operator shall comply with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process in Schedule “D”, Appendix 5.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be addressed as quickly as possible.

  • Public Complaints All complaints submitted by the public shall be reduced to writing by the Complainant. No Employee shall be accused of committing an act until a proper and adequate investigation has taken place. Should the complaint prove to be valid, then the Employee shall be remitted with a copy of such complaint. If requested the Complainant shall be made known in confidence to the Chair of the applicable Bargaining Unit of CUPE and its Local 4705.
